Friendly staff and quite location. Hopefully they can open possibility to have some snacks or some simple menus in the future,

The area is good, very near to TRX. For woman solo traveler, it might look scary because the area is a bit dark and quiet, as it is not in the main road, but worry less, the area is pretty safe. The room is so clean and neat. It was perfect for solo traveler, not too big and not too small. For couple, this hotel can also be your top choice. The most disadvantage is the room not being soundproof. I can literally hear next room boiling their water, showering, and laughing. Other than that everything is good. Perfect if you only visit your hotel for sleep at late night and wake up early. Location wise is super walkable to many landmarks like Bukit Bintang, Alor Street, TRX, and Pavilion.

Good location and within walking distance to famous malls like Pavilion and TRX. Hotel is quiet and clean with good parking facilities.

1) The light sleeper need to take note, poor sound proof and the water piping sound. 2) Breakfast very limited choose , we stay 2 nights the food almost the same. 2 days also mee soup (I think can change to alternate day with porridge or curry mee etc. 2 days also Nasi Lemak only change one day fried chicken another day rendang chicken. Suggest to add few more fish like fried beehoon, mee or fried rice, roti canai . Coffee machine are good unfortunately Cafe latte not hot. Feedback to the waiter but staff just ignore . 3) Carpark is very narrow for big car, very challenging to park. The staff will assist and guide you how to park your car. 4) staffs all very nice and polity. Especially the Carpark attendant

Great hotel and good location convenient to find food and near the shopping mall.

Value for money hotel. Though the room is basic, hotel is nearby pavilion area. Good enough for a short stay!

The location is easy to find however the route to the hotel is small and take time with multiple vehicles, the parking lot is only one way route so need to be careful and no many parking spaces available Room is not really soundproof, can hear everyone taking or even using the plug next door. Otherwise cleanliness and the service are good

The hotel location are very convenient for shopper and nearby have variety of food options.

I liked the RM10 breakfast. It saved my time looking around for food though there is plenty of food nearby the hotel. The service was very efficient. I left my hp charger in the room. When I realised and reported to the receptionist. It was found almost immediately! Very helpful, thoughtful, efficient staff!

I had a really pleasant stay here at J Hotel by Dorsett. The hotel staff were friendly and during check out, the porter assisted us with our luggage. An awesome stay. Would love to be back.
