Excellence customer service and great hospitality. The hotel is located nearby Jalan Alor and Pavilion, petite gym but well equipped. Complimentary breakfast is great.

We had a great stay & had our room upgraded - clean rooms, staffs are kind & helpful, and convenient location (near to Monorail - Raja Chulan).
Breakfast buffet can be improved.

The Holiday Inn Express Kuala Lumpur City Centre is an excellent choice for travelers. Its prime location offers convenient access to the city's attractions, shopping, and dining. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a great variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel is well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

I have booked 8 rooms for me and my friends through 2 bookings which is *********** PIN 4871 (4 rooms) and *********** PIN 9485 (4 rooms).
We have arrived at hotel holiday inn express about 22.10 05/07/2024, we were informed that for the 4 rooms under booking *********** they will transfer us to ibis Kuala Lumpur city center hotel because of room shortage due to their computer system error without any acknowledgement earlier, then we have to drive over to ibis hotel as directed by their staff named ****** and check in. We only managed to check in about 00.04 06/07/2024.
On top of that, I found out that the hotel rate of ibis hotel is only rm200 which is much lower compared to hotel holiday inn express.
Should you get the subjected hotel to clarify and compensate us due to their computer system error? Why should us to suffer for their poor management and administration?

Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Intermittent wifi signal to my mobile phone. Walking distance to Raja Chulan monorail station and Bukit Bintang area.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express KL was excellent. The staff was welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. Its convenient location made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The location is perfect, offering stunning city views and easy access to attractions. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was friendly. My spacious, clean room featured a comfortable bed, modern amenities, and a luxurious bathroom. The rooftop pool, fitness center, and spa were fantastic. Overall, the impeccable service and prime location make this hotel highly recommended. I look forward to returning!

Hotel was in a central location,easy access by train or vehicle. The amenities were basic but they need to know that there are2 people in the room. Only 1 pair of bedroom slippers.

The hotel seem abit old, breakdast is ok but was repeated everyday with the dishes. Amenties was short of pool and near to night market.
The only downside is that the room isolation might be quite bad, you can hear the lift moving sound throughout days and night though small.
I dont think i will be back except the location
