Overall experience was very nice, quite strategic area which is near to Bukit Bintang, walkable to Damascus Bukit Bintang and nearest area, parking also nice even though limited parking space and need to pay RM 20.

Room heavily mold, was shown all 3 different units with similar issues and one having holes on ceiling. Was told it's a common thing to have holes since units are located at the back. Each room was filled with foul smells from the bad molding issues. Floors, bed sheets and bed frames were dirty and damaged. With that amount of money paid should just book elsewhere. Had to rebook at Oakwood which was just $10 more, would never recommend as the review and award gotten does not match the standards. Ex hotelier here.

A very modern hotels in kuala lumpur. Althiugh it is located a bit far away from the metro station, but it was nearby with the famous location example bukit bintang. Good place to stay!

The location is great and the surrounding is chill. You can walk down to the food street and bar street within 3 minutes. Just that the room got moldy smells despite of the location at hill is quite cold and wet.

Decent place to stay, not many other people were staying here at the same time, so it was quiet. We were surprised to have a nice view of the KL tower from elevator area. Our room had a king bed and was very large, but the door had gaps all around so the mosquitoes were unavoidable… the curtains cover the window, but at night the light coming in from the door and window make the room feel bright. Sheets and towels smell clean, but are very worn, clearly need new ones as they are worn thin and stained. Mattress was comfortable, but clearly older (like you can feel where people always sleep). Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Overall, would recommend it, but just know what to expect.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had a perfect experience, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, this visit was a big disappointment and will be my last. First, the security guard at the car park was extremely rude and unprofessional. His attitude left a very bad impression right from the start, which is not something guests should have to deal with. Then, at 10am, the cleaner repeatedly rang our doorbell, insisting on cleaning the room even though we clearly said no. Despite rejecting the service, he came back again in a short while, which was very annoying and intrusive, especially since we never requested housekeeping. It’s sad to see how the service quality has dropped. I hope the management seriously looks into staff training, especially on professionalism and respecting quests’ privacy.

This hotel is located in the city centre, near Bukit Bintang. Great place for tourist. Room is big and yet to neighbourhood is peace. Hotel staffs are helpful and professional.

If you like to stay in the party area but sleep in a quite environment then this is the place for you. Extremely COMFY BEDS! and Large room size! 5 min walk from the end of Chagkhat street. Though NO view of the city as this a 5 storied building only and surroundings building are much taller! Overall a pleasant stay.

Very cheap hotel for a family. It’s old but overall good

THE REVIEWS ARE THERE FOR A REASON! The female staff at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. We checked in after 3PM and got told rooms not ready. The lady spoke to fellow staff like we did not exist. There's no greetings there's no apologies and nothing. We got rooms separated in two buildings and many parts of the room facilities are broken. The sheets are visibly stained. Don't be fooled by the exterior and your money is better spent else where. When we finally got a room there are still people inside!!! We were standing outside of the room and they treated us like we didn't exist. No eye contact no greetings nothing at all. We told them we were tired and need the room and asked them to leave! The guy stared dead at us and threw the remote hard on the desk!!!!! Very very rude and hostile hotel. DO NOT BOOK! To the owner of indie hotel : the reviews are there because the customer service is so poor.

A nice boutique hotel close to lots of restaurants and shopping areas. The room is spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I wanted to stay another night but unfortunately it was sold out.

My first time here.. strategic location nearby bukit bintang, Room is clean and cozy, great room complete with all the facilities, the only setback is hafta pay for the parking.. overall, everything about this hotel is just great..

The room was comfortable and spacious. Quiet and easy to park my car. Surrounding area was close by to amenities and place of interest.
