This hotel is located in the city centre, near Bukit Bintang. Great place for tourist. Room is big and yet to neighbourhood is peace. Hotel staffs are helpful and professional.

If you like to stay in the party area but sleep in a quite environment then this is the place for you. Extremely COMFY BEDS! and Large room size! 5 min walk from the end of Chagkhat street. Though NO view of the city as this a 5 storied building only and surroundings building are much taller! Overall a pleasant stay.

THE REVIEWS ARE THERE FOR A REASON! The female staff at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. We checked in after 3PM and got told rooms not ready. The lady spoke to fellow staff like we did not exist. There's no greetings there's no apologies and nothing. We got rooms separated in two buildings and many parts of the room facilities are broken. The sheets are visibly stained. Don't be fooled by the exterior and your money is better spent else where. When we finally got a room there are still people inside!!! We were standing outside of the room and they treated us like we didn't exist. No eye contact no greetings nothing at all. We told them we were tired and need the room and asked them to leave! The guy stared dead at us and threw the remote hard on the desk!!!!! Very very rude and hostile hotel. DO NOT BOOK! To the owner of indie hotel : the reviews are there because the customer service is so poor.

A nice boutique hotel close to lots of restaurants and shopping areas. The room is spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I wanted to stay another night but unfortunately it was sold out.

My first time here.. strategic location nearby bukit bintang, Room is clean and cozy, great room complete with all the facilities, the only setback is hafta pay for the parking.. overall, everything about this hotel is just great..

The room was comfortable and spacious. Quiet and easy to park my car. Surrounding area was close by to amenities and place of interest.

The soundproofing of the room needs to be better, can hear people stomping above. The location is okay, walking distance to changkat and Jalan Alor

Basic comfortable hotel in the heart of KL city. The room design is pretty cool. However I don’t like the fact that there is no hook in the toilet for towels and also no shelf in the shower area. Do note the room number is written on the floor; I was searching for the room numbers when I arrived.

My little sisters and my friend approve it. No complain at all except the iron and the pipe hose slightly dsyfunction. I will definitely come back if there is a great offer.

I just love the deco & amenities in the room. Good value. Clean. Many hotels at this price now only provide basic toiletries like shower gel but Indie Hotel is not only providing toothbrushes but also shower cap, sanitary bag, vanity pack, coffee, tea a mini fridge, safe box, iron & ironing board. The shower area is separated by a glass enclosure so you don't wet the whole bathroom. Strong hot shower. Comfy pillows & mattress. They gave 4 pillows for 2 pax. Quiet although our room faced the road. Friendly receptionists. There is free parking space for 5 cars. Can walk to Bukit Bintang. I will stay again if I come to this area.

Indie Hotel is located behind Kuala Lumpur with 5-min walk to the shopping district. The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and efficient to ensure you will have a pleasant stay here :)
