Hotell beläget i ett utmärkt område och rymliga rum. Men ingen lobby tillgänglig för att vänta. Ingen lobbypojke tillgänglig för att flytta bagage och vägleda rummets placering. Ibland är receptionen tom utan receptionist. Inget förvaringsutrymme finns tillgängligt om du vill gå till kassan och vänta.

Det finns kackerlackor i rummet. Hygienen är mycket dålig. Lakan, täcken och kuddar är helt svarta.

my booking was registered to be 1 queen bed and 2 single beds, but i was given 2 queensbed instead. When i asked for it to rectified, i was told no other suite are available and that the service apartment was fully booked.

Very nice and luxurious apartment with exceptional unbelievable views from the room. I stayed on the 52 floor. The location was very convenient. City centre . Remember they need deposit and they give it when check out. I highly recommend for family. You can easily accommodate 4 people

Good evening. The front office (Filipino staff) was rude and arrogant in assisting tenant. This was a severe shorfall reflecting the hotel's reputation. There was a Chinese male staff intimidating the tenants by his actions. I personally urge future tenants to be cautious in accomodating The Penthouse KLCC. I really recommend the hotel's administration to take serious action on this matter as it has been a reoccuring behaviour from the same Filipino staff. Thank you.

Photos are certainly not what this apartment is. We booked the presidential suite and was shocked at how it looks. It's also a duplex not a single floor. Finally once you book it there is no way they entertain any request to refund or to leave early. Be warned.

We stayed on the 57th floor - penthouse unit #57-5, that had commanding views of KL Tower and KL surrounds. Though the apartment is in need of some refurbishment at some areas, generally, it is clean and very spacious. The views, the sunset and the working jacuzzi totally made up for it. The ladies at the reception are friendly and helpful. You can deposit your luggage with them while you wait for your room to be ready. Note that you do have to carry your luggage up to your room. There is no conceige. Other tips: 1) the lift only shows buttons to G and 6 floor. Tap your room card and the lift will take you to your floor 2) there is a smartly stocked mini mart on the 6th floor should you need any sundries. There is also 7-11 and a cafe at the ground floor 3) Note that you do have to pay for parking at the basement which is RM 30 per day for unlimited entries. The ladies at the reception will organize it for you. 4) the reception area is a small, non-descript counter that shares space with a cafe. The same counter also serves guests from The Bed KLCC Hostel. 4) You will also need to prepare RM 1000 deposit in cash which will be refunded to you upon check out. 5) WiFi works well, kitchen comes stocked with cutlery, plates, cups etc. There is a stove, oven and fridge in the kitchen. There is also another fridge on the upper floor where the balcony is. 6) the unit comes with a jacuzzi and a sauna. So, enjoy!
