Hotel located at very good place and easy to have local food. The view of hotel is very good which is face with city center. The most important, each room has the hot drinking water in 24 hours.

Pleasant stay for my short business trip in kl. great location. Only have a little bit of the carpet smell in the room, and can be a little noisy from the cars or motors during the night. Other than that, I’d say it was a truly great stay!

Room is clean and spacious. Best feature is the water dispenser with both hot and cold water which makes water refill so easy. Bathroom has basic amenities and the shower head has a comfortable water pressure. Reception and security staff are friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, a short walk to Berjaya Times Square, although need to dash across the busy road. Overall a satisfactory stay.

The room is spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very soft and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, liquid soap and lotion are all provided. It even provides a complimentary mini bar which will be replenished everyday! Not forgetting to mention the availability of a water dispenser in the room! Very convenient, very comfortable and definitely will stay again!

Amazing views of kl city from this hotel. Good breakfast as well. The aircon temperature is tunable, making me feel like home. Walking distance to many food and shopping places. Highly recomend.

Nice hotel, not big hotel but international chain hotel never fail

The Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade is a midscale hotel located at the fringe of Kuala Lumpur's Bukit Bintang shopping belt. Here are my review: •Location: The hotel is well-located, close to shopping malls like Zepp KL, Lalaport Bukit Bintang, Berjaya Times Square, Lot 10, and Pavilion. It's also near the BBCC-Hang Tuah transit hub and Imbi Monorail station . •Rooms: the rooms is comfortable and relaxing, soundproofing could be improved as you can hear the conversation from your neighbors rooms. •Facilities: The hotel offers amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and free Wi-Fi. •Service: The staff namely Ms Pramudi is friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant check in even after her shift was already ended. •Basic Toiletries i.e. Toothbrush, Tissues and permanent shampoo, shower gel only available. Easy Access to Parking at 5th and 6th floors. The parking ticket need to be verified at the counter and an extra RM10 will be charge for 24hrs multiple entries parking. Narrow Access road.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Front desk staffs are friendly, room is Clean, comfortable & spacious. Complementary snacks and instant drink is available. No need to boil water as there is instant hot/cold water dispenser machine provided. Location is superb, surrounded by numerous restaurants, eateries, convenience stores and a very short walk to malls. will visit this hotel again.

Excellent hotel. Fabulous breakfast Very nice Rooftop Pool. Location is a bit out the way. Great 24 hour food across street We used Grab taxi to everything.

Hotel is nice, there is water dispenser and coffee machine in room so it is very convenient, front desk service can be better, cannit check in even though after 3pm the checkin time
