It's okay near at food restaurant just walking distance the room its okay also not so big enough for couple

The location is convenience. Hotel room cleanliness was accepted. The swimming pool and gym room are at level 11 and seems like very old and unmanaged for years. No guard and looks dirty. Anyway the staff was friendly.

Booked premier deluxe queen they just merge two single bed make king size bed, Towel had a lot of smells , toilet flush not working properly. Worst experience

You will get what you pay for. The room we stayed has a good size for couple, but it was dusty. Buffet food is a good. I like the daily options. Location is walkable to KLCC and KL tower.

Great and happy to stay here but can improve customer service as it looks like they are forced to work because they don't smile and keep a serious face. can also improve for parking. very difficult to find parking. other than that, I enjoy staying here

This hotel location is very good place , Out side so clean & open space . Its so near to MRT , Bangladeshi, Indian resturant also , Hotel breakfast menue also good . But I have bad experience also there , After a long journey with my family members , when I try to enter the hotel receiption center with our luggae that time front security service man do not give permission without 100% reservion confirmation news from receiption. that time I need keep all luggage on the road , I show all booking to receiption then I have taken luggage my self , They do not provide lobby service . Hotel room also old & so conjusted. do not provide any tissue , tooth brush , paste , hair , etc , only give water bottle & bath loan & soap , Next I do not support this hotel ///

Love the room but a bit old… the bathtub was not even usable

Near to everything, near to twin tower, near to train station near to Laguna Pinoy resto, near to the church.breakfast is just ok..a lot of toilets.i booked 2 need but gave us 1 towel only for 2 days..

The bathtub very smelly and no towel supply.

Dirty at block B, breakfast is so nasty, expensive room, please be expected Indian traveler. There are many cockroach.

I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. TV has no signal, the mattress and bathroom are dirty. The bathtub has cracked and stains. We are afraid to use it. Some of the curtains railing had fallen. Tea and sugar are provided but not kettle provided. Furthermore the room has too much dust and cobwebs. Please improve. I would not recommend it to others.

Overall good. Just that having delayed during check in due to hotel overlooked on the name with other customers.
