Mycket gammal, dålig rumshygien, mörka örngott

Hotellets läge är okej, men hotellets faciliteter och hygien är verkligen inte bra. Kylskåpet är trasigt och det finns dammfläckar på många ställen. Toaletten är igensatt och badkaret har gula fläckar. Faciliteterna är gamla. Hissen är väldigt långsam och TV:n är gammaldags.

The hotel was so nice to stay there and it’s easy to take the hop and hop bus  you just need to cross the way going to the mall and to the mall there is a stop for the bus you can buy the ticket from the bus RM60 for Non Malaysian. The more also so nice it has famous restaurants and it has cinema so you can go there for supermarket or shopping. The view also was soooo nice, thanks to the lady in the reception she give me really nice view. 

Sgt berpuas hati..lobby luas byk tmpt menunggu siap ada welcome drink..recept jg sgt friendly..bilik puas ok smua lengkap..breakfast also good..parking caj sgt berbaloi as guest..location near to shopping mall..easy to access..overall sgt stratified and can repeat again next time👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Good location，the bed blanket quite thin，feel cold when sleep at night，the the room was little bit older compare with SUNWAY we book before，which in the same location，small swimming pool，don‘t have much views.

it was my second time here after 6 years ago and u came with my husband & childrens, amazed it because was still good as before. and it is near to shopping mall only walking distance so easy to access. thank you to the hotel staff with your kindness of helping us for the clear information about what we’ve asked for. thank you too for the free baby cot on request, i love it ☺️👍🏻

The hotel is located near a mall that has plenty of eateries. However, the check-in process was quite slow due to hanky-panky from the group booking (I guess) in front of me. But one thing surprised me is that you will be charged for requesting hand towels! I had stayed at lots of hotels and this is the first one that will charge me if I need the hand towels!

A night stay at Seri Pacific Kuala Lumpur was truly memorable. Located at the city centre with Putra Sunway Mall just across the street conected by a covered walk bridge contribute to the advantage of our stay. The FOA are amazing friendly to assist the smooth check in & checkout while the parking cost only RM 5 for each entries upon validated parking coupon.

Mattress was hard. Small tv, Dusty room. Bathroom and toilet walls were mouldy. Friendly staff. Decided to stay only 1 night only as it's not like 5 star hotel service. Managed to get another 5 star hotel with better facilities and services

Good stay, suitable for family because the room is kid friendly. Got bathtub in the room. My kids like it very much.

Location: In front of mall (sunway putra mall), easy access to mall, train. Reception: during peak hours they open many counters, so you don't have to wait long in queue. Room: spacious, clean and neat, love the pillow, well functioning aircond. Bathroom & toilet: clean and neat, bathtub not functioning well, shower room (water heater not function too).

Nice hotel. Can suggest to friend. Family friendly. Good environment. Nice food

Air-cond functioning well, water pressure okay but ONLY WATER HEATER NOT PROPERLLY FUNCTION. (Credit to attandance Radna: tq for make the room cleanliness and tidy as you are 👍🏻) 50 - 50 (my opinion) - BREAKFAST BUFFET: topup More varieties choices. - MANAGEMENT for Team breakfast: To create more systematic arrangement, assign more staff especially in holiday season so guests no need to wait long time in crowded space and we also no need strugle by ourself to find table for breakfast.
