The location is excellent! Connected to Megamall and The Gardens. Service was also well within our expectations, very young and friendly staff. Love the energy.

Hotel is very located just next to Mid Valley Megamall, which is very convenient to shop and eat within. The room is spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The location is very good, very convenient to go directly to the mall. The staff is also very friendly, but you need to walk a short distance and use the mall's lift to get to the parking lot. There is no obvious sign in the parking lot that would make it more convenient to get to the hotel. Weekday parking spaces are also difficult to find, and the valet parking at the gate is also full. There are also some unpleasant smells in the corridor of the room, and the cleaning of the room is not very clean. We rented two rooms, and the bed in one room felt like it was bitten by insects at night, and it was very itchy.

Clean, good location where the malls are linked so you can access Midvalley and Gardens Mall without being caught in the rain.

Good location however booking seem differently from what we have chosen… booked for 2 single bed but was given king size bed and managed to change to single bed after showed booking records to front desk… breakfast choice is limited…

Great hotel and suprising with a bath tube. If travel by KTM you may need to ask the mid valley malll customer service how to get to the hotel. The pool and gym need to be access from the same reception for the breakfast lounge. Overall a good price for a large room.

I recently stayed here, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The location is perfect, with easy access to Mega City Mall, and the views from the rooms are quite good. First time staying at St Giles Boulevard Hotel KL. Been to their JB Branch before and the experience was great. This time it didn’t disappoint again. Will definitely be back if we are coming to KL. Location is great. Directly above Mid Valley Shopping Malls & transport out of the area to other parts of KL was very convenient too.
