Used to stay at this hotel back in 2016. After 9 years, I booked again the hotel for my little family. For a family of 4, I would say the room and toilet was pretty small. The cleanliness could be improved. The bed was fine. Comes with basic amenities. Got a view of Menara Maybank and can see Menara Kuala Lumpur from our room.

With the best view of KL tower and KLCC from my rooms, I enjoyed the new year Fireworks from my room as the photo are Taken from my room window. All the food are Halal and must choose hotel for Muslim Travelers and also just cross road from Myanmar Restaurant for Myanmar Travelers

Generally it was ok, highly recommended to those who loves night life and it is very near to Chinatown

I have a good experience with this hotel. Near to the mall and restaurant with just a few steps away.

Always used this hotel as it is walking distance to Petaling Street with many good food around. This hotel is very centrally located.

The room that we stay is great, facing merdeka 118 is a bonus for us

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. We went all round the city area to look for the attractions such as Genting highland by taking the LRT/MRT/ Buses .It's very convenient. The location of this hotel is excellent. The only thing we are disappointed is the Aircon temperature can't be adjusted. It's very very very cold.

Overall stay was amazing. Great view, good and friendly front desk, very responsive staff as we had problem with our hot shower- they came to fix it inmediately, great location near petaling street and pasar seni. They even provided luggage storage after check out. It was near train station (plaza rakyat) as well. recomended!

This is an honest review from me and my friend who stayed in AnCasa on the 17th of January until 19th of January.  When we entered the room, there was very strong smell of cigarette smoke, we stayed in level 6 and that level/room suppose to be smoke-free level/room. My friend had a sensitive nose and she cannot stand the smell of smoke so she called the receptionist and complaint about it.  Waited for less than 10 minutes, 1 staff came and bring spray to get rid of the odor, he said in case the room stil got smell, can ask the receptionist to change room. So we waited-the smell gone after that. So we just stayed in the same room. FYI, the staff came in with shoes untill the bed area, not sure whether this is normal but wearing shoes in someone bedroom is not normal for us(We dont make any complain about this). 2nd issue was the light in our toilet was not working. Initially it is working, around 8pm, the light is not working already. So this is it, our honest review for our stay is only average but Still, this hotel staff is friendly, the staff at the entrance is very friendly to us. We can say the location is strategic as it is surrounded by facilities such as UTC, guardian, watson, petaling street and many other attractions area.
