The hotel is located in a mall so when you return to the room after 10pm, you’ll have to navigate around. Staff were friendly and helpful but the state of the rooms left little to be desired (see pictures) - Cable tv always buffering - squeezy toilet - electric water heater with low water pressure - missing parts of bathroom cupboards - weird room layout, but spacious

.1. Cleaning service only one time every 2 days. 2. One room light not functioning. 3. TV signal very weak, no Chinese channel. 4. Addition bad for 3rd person very uncomfortable. 5. The room for a 3-person space very limited. 6. The only good point is the location convenience. 7. Window facing the back of building. completely no view.

Need better maintenance, location is very strategic, however you need to use two elevators, one to Level 5 another one to your room. Very good location. 1 minute walk to Pavillion.

Convenience to Pavillion and all around Bukit Bintang...nearby eateries are just minutes walk

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, especially their receptions man. Great location . Would definitely coming back again.

Place is good for big group; come with 3 spacious bedrooms. Toilets are okay; aircon seems quite old but it’s cool so it’s good. Location is very good as well but quite hard to find the hotel. Our grab tend to drop us at a distant away as the apartment is within the mall. The lift and building also seems v old but reasonable. The windows near the lift are broken; so those with young kids must be careful. Need to call them for change of towels as well. Towels also came with a smell if u are particular 😅 But location is definitely very good so we are happy with it! Cleanliness is alright, just that it’s quite old already. But spacious indeed.

Great location but not easy to go to your room, must go in different direction , so i do not advice people to book at this hotel

Very beautiful home. Very clean and exclusive. Located near to bukit bintang. A lot of food stalls nearby. Not to forget the viral damascus shawarma, kunafa crisp oh my god to die for. Most importantly easy access to Pavillion! Shopping time! Very recommended to stay here

Everything was bad about this hotel. 1. It's a shared carpark with Fahrenheit Mall andn it doesn't have a free parking. 2. Need to take the lift up from carpark, walk past the swimming pool, walk a corridor path to the reception with all the luggage. 3. Check-in was alright, no complains. Check-in area was small with air con. If there are a lot of people, you will need to wait outside at the corridor where there is no air con. 4. After check-in, proceed to another lift. the lift lobby to rooms is open ventilation. It was so warm on a hot day. The lift inside has no fan and seems no ventilation when there are too many people in the lift. We were supposed to tap the room key to access the rooms but only one lift with the security tap, the other two lifts doesn't have. 5. When we enters the room, smell of cigarette. We had to open all the windows to air the unit for 30 min. 6. Switch on the air-con at 21 degree and can't feel the cold air. We had to leave it on when we leave the room. It doesn't feel cold at all after we return. 7. There was a cockroach running around at the kitchenette area. That means there's no proper clean up before we check in. 8. One of the room has the smell of cigarette. we sprayed air freshener but the smell didn't goes away. I thought it was the bedsheet and mattress but apparently, it was from the air con. I had to bear with the smell for the whole night. We feedback to the counter staff and they sent a technician to fix. Upon return, there is still smell. 9. The bathroom lights were dim. That's scary. Water pressure was low. One has to take long time to shower. Toilet bowl water is yellowish. 10. The bedsheet was not clean. I see yellow stains on it. The mattress was not firm and I woke up with a backache. 11. The door can't close fully though it was locked from outside. the manual lock from inside was broken. 12. We are able to hear noise from the corridor where guests open and close the door. 13. In the morning, we had to access through the back door to get out of the mall as the mall underpass is not open. We had to book another hotel for our stay in KL as Fahrenheit suites was a bad choice for us. It was unbearable for the family to stay in a smelly unit. Our clothes that were hung in the wardrobe had the cigarette smell. I booked two rooms and in the end i need to check out both rooms and move to another hotel. I will not recommend to stay here though the location was a stone throw away from Pavilion. would rather pay more than having the nightmare to change hotel and ends up paying more. No photos to show as it's so bad that I didn't even want to take photo.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and as we walked into the apartment it reeked the smell of cupboards with mould. We opened up the toilet and it smelled like the toilet had not been cleaned and it smelled bad. The air con had a musky smell coming out of it and the worst thing is the bedsheets — on the first night, the sheets smelled like they did not change it from the previous guest. The towels had stains on them and so did the toilet seat. Furthermore, it was an extremely complicated way of getting to the hotel lobby. It’s not a straightforward entrance — you had to change lifts at certain floors, and could only take some lifts up from the mall.

1.The place too old 2. the toilet have to be shared 3. hard to access after the mall is closed 4. no briefing to access have to figure out yourself.

+: The Fahrenheit suites are at perfect location. All shopping malls, cafes and Petronas are at step distance. -: 1) The photos provided are old and do not reflect real background: the pool view is not like that at all-you can only see the roofs and other skyscrapers 2) the gym is closed (as receptionist told me-for 4 years already), so in case you want to go info sport-it is in Pavilion and chargeable. 3) cockroaches… every day…

Excellent location but old room that needs to be renovated.

All services are excellent but only laundry self service is too expensive compared to outside. They should give free self service laundry like those at the rented apartment.
