located in the heart of bukit bintang same building as the famous damascus shawarma, near to public transport, eateries, convenient shop and shopping malls

Convenient location. Bukit Bintang subway station only few minutes away. Very easy to move around. Opposite Jalan Alor. Plenty of shopping points and eatery around

Hotel was cheap and location was so strategic ✨ In the middle of Bukit Bintang also near famous Shawarma restaurant, Damascus 🫶🏻🩷 Thanks me later. Cleanliness 💯 Staff are very helpful !

Excellent location. Friendly staff allowing us to store the luggage. Iron available at common area every floor. we have TRX building view from our room

Excellent location. Hotel is in the center of Bukit Bintang, close to Bukit Bintang metro and monorail stations. In terms of transport, it is very convenient. Next to shopping malls, jalan alors, restaurants. We had great choices of foods: Chinese, malaysian, Indian, turkish etc. The reception is very nice and attentive. We did borrow an umbrella from hotel for two days because it was raining season. It proved very helpful. When I asked for a hair dryer they brought it up right away. The cleaning staff is very nice also. In all they are very polite and try to attend to our needs. The room is a bit old but I think it is right for the price. Afterall We are in the commercial center of KL and near to everything In summary I am satisfied of my stay and I will choose this hotel again if I come back to KL

The room is dirty and old,got ants and mosquito.Very small room no TV also. Won't book again.

For me the location is great, but the cleanliness is much below standard, the lift looks dirty and smelly, u have to accept the strange smile in the hotel... luckily the beds are quite ok and the air con is cool enough. The receptionist is so so... not too friendly but acceptable, will not stay again..

Everything is ok. Room just nice. The hotel locations really strategic. Just the receptionist should be more polite to the guest.

The check-in was good and personal was efficiency and friendly. However, the room cleanliness is rather below average. Toilet floor and wall tiles were dirty, hot water pot having stains in it and not enough socket to boil water. And have bath and shampoo but no toothbrush & toothpaste. Tea bag was half opened. And TV basically has only 1 Malay channel and bad reception, that I don’t understand the language at all.

No hairdryer. Dirty, friendly female staff, not friendly male staff.

Bottled water is not refilled and the staff's attitude is not good. The location is very good.

It is a small room with no windows. Very basic facilities but location is good

Near with train, easy place to find food,and everything’s good but I don’t like the hotel’s smell
