Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur recensioner

The cotton bud in the drawer is not refilled. The water from the tap in the bath tub is not clean , the colour is so weird even I ran the water twice. So I run the water in the basin and tub for your reference.

The hotel with a prime location and a variety of services. The in-room service is not too special, the staff at Thirty8 is not very friendly. The rest is generally pretty good.

So far ok…. Jst the breakfast charges too expensive. The food is also ordinary. A few years ago, there was a lot less food. Floor 38. The VIEW KLCC so nice. The waitter so Friendly.

Location is superb, just walking distance to Suria KLCC shopping mall! We likes the room layout too: separate toilet and bathtub, vanity corner and wardrobe corner. Everything was great and overall is an enjoyable staycation with family.

I only had time to write this review right now. After 3 months of reminding myself. This is how grateful I am to be accommodated by Grand Hyatt. Nothing more to mention about the great view and favourite breakfast venue by my significant other. Celebrated anniversary at Grand Hyatt and welcomed with a complimentary room upgrade to our surprise! In which we soaked in the biggest bathtub I’ve ever been in. I will certainly return and looking forward to pick Grand Hyatt for my future stays in Kuala Lumpur , living to its great location, hospitality and standard. Regards.

This hotel I will DEFINITELY COME BACK TO STAY AGAIN! Best hotel IVE ever stayed in my whole entire life. ❤️🙌🏻 I LOVE KL FOREVER!

Convenient location

I had a disappointing experience due to the poor service from the staff, particularly the local staffs (reception and concierge team particularly). It would be helpful if staff were trained to be more friendly and welcoming to in-house guests, offering greetings and demonstrating better manners. One of the worst hyatt services that i have experienced. Please be more professional on focusing for better service to all your in-house guests.

Very satisfied with the room and services. However the only strange thing is the hotel lobby located at a topper floor seems not quite convenient.

I have a comfortable, relaxing stay throughout 3days and 2nights here. Smooth check in and check out process. Free parking provided. I love the location as it is nearby shopping centre, aquaria and convention centre. The view was amazing, though I was a little lost at first to find the lobby and turned out it was on level 39 (I think). Overall it was a good stay for my family.
