Convenient location near KLCC (8 min walk). Service is great, rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Note however that the restaurant is currently under renovation.

Apartment is large and spacious. But furniture and amenities are run down and old. My last visit in June 2022 is still fine but the stay this time is bad. Fridge is leaking and cannot even close properly. Aircon in one of the bedroom is also not functioning properly. Very disappointed in the brand of Ascott which was the highest class of their brand. Will not be staying at Ascott KLCC anymore.

Location is nearby restaurant and malls. However buffet breakfast had limited options and spread.

Basic of a Hotel for me is cleanliness, it was not the case , the breakfast was served in a restaurant that really needed a major cleaning. The room was smelly and the pool, although beautiful had no service at all. Location is great but I would not return

Overall had a wonderful experience in Ascott, The rooms were big and comfy, had a kitchen & huge living rooms. The balconies were big but not really maintained as the floors were a little dirty and the building was a little old. The toilets were huge and the bath tub was longer than usual which made soaking in it much more comfortable. However, the balcony doors had a little issue with staying closed and the we found a roach in the kitchen cabinets. Overal 9/10 would stay again, price is a little steep & the air conditioning isn’t very strong. Do note that parking is 10RM, requires room card validation. ( no free parking )

Super love this apartment. The room is very luxurious and comfortable. The toiletries smell amazing. Love that its within walking distance to KLCC and even the Aquaria which my kids enjoyed. Theres a minimart downstairs where we bought drinks and snacks to munch in the room. Only downside is the breakfast. Not much variety and the nuggets served were cold.

Excellent hotel service and location! The hotel well located in the city center of KLCC , very convenient and all in walking distance easy to get into KLCC, Pavillion, Bukiy Bintang and public transit Metro. I checked in on 3/9/24 and decided to extend my stay by one night on 4/9/24, checking out on 5/9/24, the front desk service was excellent! Thank you to the staffs Mr.Shahril and Manager (Mrs) was super friendly and provided great help to guests! Love Ascott KL ~ I will stay here again next time I'm in KL.

Pros: location is excellent only 100m from KLCC; Pavilion is only 650m. Rooms very spacious and clean, fully equipped with fridge, oven, cokker and good quality toiletries. Staff needs to improve on their customer services - while they were not rude or difficult, they weren't attentive, welcoming. CON: Never book/pay for breakfast - extremely poor quality, ambience nonexistent in fact you could smell very strong odour as you enter, place was very poorly maintained. It of our three days we were put off on day so never went back.

Location was perfect and close to KLCC within walking distance. Room was clean and spacious. However, breakfast spread was pathetic and staff at breakfast asked to get our own baby chair knowing we have kids around. Btw, breakfast area was not busy then Also we’re given very low floors even when we stated we want to higher floors and the view was average at best. Baby cot ran out when we did not checked in on time. Children playground was at secluded area.
