Overall Experience We had a great stay at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel, enjoying the comfortable rooms and convenient location. Room and Amenities The room was clean and cozy, but the water bottle provided was quite small. Perhaps consider larger bottles or offering refill options? Service and Staff The staff were friendly, but there was an issue with promised discounts. We were told there would be discounts on bowling and some activities, but when we presented our card, the discounts weren't applied. A quick clarification would have been appreciated. Location and Accessibility The hotel's location in Times Square was fantastic, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Value for Money Overall, the hotel provided good value, but the issues with discounts and water bottle size slightly impacted our experience. Recommendation We would still recommend this hotel to others, but perhaps with a note about verifying promotional offers.

We reached in the early evening and the hotel told us that the room I booked wasn’t ready, so they upgraded us to another room! It had a very good view. Thanks!

Very bad. Not worth the price. Lobby, elevator looks grand. Once open my room door, DISAPPOINTED Musty smell, looks so old. Wooden cabinet drawer smells. The only plus point is spacious but because it gives me an old looking and musty smells, I stay on my bed only. Bathroom looks so grand but a lot of problems. Basin tap water pressure so high. Everytime wash hand, my clothes wet. Bath tub forever cannot fill up. I sit inside the tub for 1 hr, water level can't even cover my legs. Shower head water pressure very low. Hot water system bad. More than 15mins also water not hot. 😠 But on the check out morning suddenly the shower head water pressure nice and hot🥺 The room comes with buffet breakfast. Why restrict all your guest to be a vegetarian? What is the meaning of buffet? Overall my experience is bad. I definitely will not come back again. For your info, my friend staying in a 2 bedroom suite. The 2 wooden chairs in the suite have a loosely hanging leg. The hotel still did not remove it. Lucky we notice. Otherwise if old ppl sit on it and fall down, how? Is the hotel going to be responsible? Is a MUST for the hotel to REFURBISH.

Location very good and convenient we extended our trip to this hotel and canceled our other reservations because it’s so good and shopping at this place is wonderful

Cleanliness can be improved with many unclear ice cream left over wrappers on top of the windows a the bathroom. The water heater is old, dirty, and rusty and should be replaced immediately. The TV seems to lose signal frequently. Call the operator and was informed by the operator that it is normal when there is rain happening. Never expected such an honest reply from the hotel staff. So meaning if outside is raining, you can forget about watching TV in the room. Breakfast is below average without sausages, 2 side stations not open when I am are there at 9.30am? Seriously? Photos of the family room are showing bunk beds, but apparently, when we went into our room, we were given a connecting room, a separate room with 2 single beds. Ask for the late check out extension, and the front office agreed until 1pm. When back from shopping, they decatived my key room card at 12.30 pm so I am unable to go back to the room. Overall, below average experience and for such premium rates that I have paid for. Don't think I will recommend it and stay in this hotel when in Kuala Lumper again. Only good thing is the location when I can walk over to the coach pickup point for the trip back Singapore.

I love the room! So spacious and clean ! With big bathtub and rain shower! Location is good too, below there are restaurants and shops to go! Breakfast buffet is a decent too. This place is very kid and family friendly ! Super nice view from the hotel too! Definitely my first choice hotel if I come to KL 😍

I won't recommend it for family trip since the hotel was too old and all the amenities and facilities within the room was an old one. We booked a premium room but still far way from what we expect. Yet on the bright side the location is great and has access to almost everywhere shortly. You can see the blankets after they room is cleaned, not what you expect from a clean sheet.

We travelled to KL by coach and this is 1 of the drop off point. Hotel is also next to a mega mall albeit the mall is a bit old but there is an indoor theme park at level 5. Cost for 2 adults and 2 children into the park is RM250 with unlimited rides. Check in to the hotel was a breeze. As we were early, we waited for about 5 minutes for the receptionist to receive instruction that the room was ready. To our delight, we were upgraded to club 2 bedroom suite. The deco was dated but it’s pretty clean. The shower head at 1 of the bathtub was leaking so we skipped using that since there is another area for shower. Even though the breakfast is vegetarian, but the spread is quite extensive and yummy. Love the roti canai and the curry! Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Berjaya Time Square Hotel is centrally located beside The Times Square Shopping Mall. Their rooms are big and spacious.

Got free upgrade to club room such is more modern. Still spacious and good location

The location is not bad. Excellent service. I booked a club suite, and they do allow late checkout. The bathtub has stains. Very convenient, downstairs is a shopping mall. Overall is still worth staying.
