OYO 90138 Hotel Elwarda Klcity recensioner

First night they put me in a room near the water pump. The room was in bad condition. I requested for change of room. The conditioned was better. But there was children running and people talking in the in the hallway. Too noisy. No peace and quiet

The location was nice. But very noisy. The rooms are awkwardly designed and floors are slippery.

Very worst hotel. No floor mat, Fan, hot water not work & no soaps, mirror faded, toilet sanitary fittings don’t have. Very very worst experience in my life. Totally waste of money.

It is a nice hotel, a little bit hard to find, even the Grab driver was confused, it is located on the 3rd floor of the building, has nice rooms, the AC works great, and it is silent the whole day. The street under the hotel at night becomes a night market, full of many different foods and things to buy.

Horrific 3 Nights Stay!!! the Place is filled with PESTS!! i can guarantee that the whole Building INFESTED as well!! However Location is Alright very Convenient in Bukit Bintang but the Hotel has to go.. it NEEDS to be SUPERVISE!!! The Health Authorities should look onto this Hotel and make Amends as the Hotel Environment is UNHYGIENIC!!! this is by Far the WORST Hotel i had ever Stay, will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL IT WILL BE MY FIRST AND LAST. For those who are going for a Budget Hotel stay DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNLIKELY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Bilik berbau kepam. Ada lipas. Aircond bocor. Paip bocor. Mmg takkan repeat lah sini. The room smells of pumping. There's a cockroach. Leaked Aircond. The pipe is leaking. I'm not going to repeat it here.

The place was not clean, roaches were in the room, the bed was not level. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years.

Nightmare hotel, air-conditioning not working, too many insects, toilet are worse, you can listen next room loud and clear, spoke to staff they say we are trying but management only see money they don't worry about anything else. Careful they won't refund. I don't know how trip. Com recommend these kind of hotel.

I spent an hour looking for reception. The entrance is not clearly marked. I ended up having to book another hotel.

the worst experience since using trip.com is because the trip should not sell the hotel to tourists because the hotel level is provided with enough embarrassing service with direct customer service. even the price is below 100 but it is not unreasonable for a room with no wifi tv to work aircond not cold And don't provide bath towels And need to go to the counter. staff counter just for a piece of towel for Two person ?? The room can be classified hotel room as it is only worth calling chicken coop. to travelers do not ever book this hotel room because you will have a very sorry experience
