Room are spacious. Walking distance to Jalan TAR and Sogo. Check in are fast and easy. Except for tv selection and room are not too soundproof. Overall had a great night.

The location is strategic. However, I found that the staff was not very attentive and did not consider allowing a late check-out. I feel that even if there were availability, they strictly adhered to a policy of not permitting late check-outs for a few extra hours. When I inquired at the front desk, different staff members gave the same response without checking the system first. There were no clear instructions on how to order in-room dining. The phone in the room did not have a direct line to the restaurant, and when we tried calling the front desk, no one answered. In the end, we had to go downstairs to the restaurant and place the order ourselves. The food we ordered was taken directly from the buffet dinner available at the restaurant, and it was cold. They didn’t bother to heat it up before serving it to us.

We checked in since the hotel is near to Dataran Merdeka for our KL Asean Half Marathon. The room and food were nice. Unfortunately, the hotel is so calculative on extra pillows. Only one flat pillow per person. Anything extra needs to pay. Please reconsider since it is basic needs for a hotel room. The elevators were also very slow.

The room was spotless, spacious and well equipped with modern amenities . Walking distance to lrt station and SOGO shopping mal.
