Room are spacious. Walking distance to Jalan TAR and Sogo. Check in are fast and easy. Except for tv selection and room are not too soundproof. Overall had a great night.

The light plug in the hotel room they gave me is broken, so I had to call the staff to change my room.

Highly recommended! Very clean 4 star hotel and excellent location near to SOGO Definitely will come back again!

The location is strategic. However, I found that the staff was not very attentive and did not consider allowing a late check-out. I feel that even if there were availability, they strictly adhered to a policy of not permitting late check-outs for a few extra hours. When I inquired at the front desk, different staff members gave the same response without checking the system first. There were no clear instructions on how to order in-room dining. The phone in the room did not have a direct line to the restaurant, and when we tried calling the front desk, no one answered. In the end, we had to go downstairs to the restaurant and place the order ourselves. The food we ordered was taken directly from the buffet dinner available at the restaurant, and it was cold. They didn’t bother to heat it up before serving it to us.

First time staying here. Love the room and cleanliness. Location is quite good as well.

Food was very delicious. The chef should won the award. Pool provided. Budget friendly also.

Every time in KL , I must stay at this hotel, very good at location near to sogo and also near to LRT Station. My grand children like the pool very much. The room of hotel is very clean and tidy. Overall the best hotel for my family 👍👍👍

The best hotel in town. Buggy service from basement to lobby and vice versa. Quick access to public transport and mall. Walking distance for food hunter during lunch and dinner around hotel. Overall, BEST!

The location is not bad and it's clean but you can see some small insects around. The reception people are not friendly at all and if you call the reception no one is gonna answer the phone . If you want water you have to pay 10RM for the small bottle 5 times the market price.

Totally satisfied. Felt sad coz of very short stay due to work. Will come again for sure.
