Very comfortable bed!! Love the view from the room!! I will go back and stay again if I visit KL again. Have to pay RM10 per entry for parking.

Lovely hotel, huge room. Very clean. Staff friendly. Great location for the old town, only 10 mins walk along the river.

Very spacious room with nice view and nice facility and very fair price. The location is good too, just take ＜10 minutes walk to Suria KLCC. The staffs are helpful and nice. Also, you can enjoy breakfast buffet at 40/F of hotel with nice sky view. However, the minor problems is the temperature of shower are not stable at all, sometimes cold and sometimes hot. Apart from that, I feel very satisfied about this hotel, next time if I come to KL, I will choose here again.

The hotel lacks Chinese instructions, it is recommended that the hotel strengthen it, as there are so many Chinese tourists in Malaysia. In addition, some of the waiters don't like Chinese people very much, so I suggest the hotel strengthen the hotel service management.

Located with 10-15 mins walk to KLCC. The room is spacious and clean. Have a small kitchen corner. Most of amenities are provided. My room is located on the 42nd floor, can see a bit of twin tower. I think the view would be nicer once the two building infront completed the contruction. Swimming pool is located on 39th floor, so it has quite a nice view as well. Staff hotel are all friendly and supportive. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.

Awesome stay with private luxurious feel! From swimming pool facilities to hotel amenities to break food luxury buffet spread! This is my 8th time in 3 years!

Nestled within view of the city's many iconic buildings with the likes of Twin Towers (which is a stone's throw away), TRX, Merdeka 118 and KL Tower and huge shopping malls (KLCC, AK Avenue near MRT), Element is one of the best places to stay in KL. It is just a 3-min walk to Ampang Park LRT and about 7-min stroll to the KLCC MRT stations. Its entrance is cleverly cacooned from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a sense of quiet respite for travellers after a gruelling day of sight-seeing and retail binging! I certainly enjoyed my stay there.

Nice hotel! It ia on the 40th floor upwards it has a nice view. The food could be better and could have more western choices! The portion can also improve. Overall it was a great stay.

This is my second time staying in Element Kuala Lumpur. To be honest, everything was just great. There’s one thing confused me, me and my friend were informed that the parking fee is exempted for hotel guests. But we still need to pay for the fees even we told the receptionist our car plate number during checkout time, and he said the parking fee had been waived for us. We called reception but they said we will need to bear the fees upon checkout. Except for the issue above, Element is a really good hotel with beautiful view :)

The staff was incredibly accommodating and hospitable! My flight was delayed, and they kindly allowed me to stay and get some work done online, which was really helpful. Their flexibility and warm service made a stressful day much easier. Overall, it was a great experience!

Great! Walking distance to KLCC. Too bad the pool was closed for maintenance when we were there.

An excellent hotel that surpassed expectations. The views were awesome and the food was exceptional .
