In the bedroom, the TV doesn't work, and the window doesn't come off - no fix. In the kitchen the not light is on and the extractor hood does not work. The bathroom pours warm water almost cold and the door doesn't work ! The front door does not open the first time. Floors in the bedroom are bloated! I can't rest ! You put dirty dishes with grease stains on them! There is a forest behind your TV and old tea in the teapot. 25 minutes down the elevator!

Easy check in.. I text host and just wait in car outside.. They bring me key and give instructions for parking purpose.. Free parking also. Nice was nice n decorated with red roses flowers on bed. Also falmingo towel designated. Check out time I just drive out and pass the key.. This is the best surprise for me.. Guess what?? Host give me goodies bag with a few amazing chocolate cake inside.. Oh my god.. Feel like my birthday.. Wanna cry.. 😭thank host. Infinity pool and restaurant also best ever

Great location. Host was lovely and easy to approach. Rooms were fairly clean. Since room service would only be provided on request, it would be nice if extra pillow cases and bedsheets were provided. Also no indoor slippers provided. The hotel felt safe and the rooftop view was lovely. Kids enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool. Security staffs were lovely and very helpful.

I choose this hotel because of early check in and it's shown 11am can check in but I got my room at 2.45pm. Even I'm at my room, the cleaner still do not finish the cleaning yet. The positive side is the pool is nice and the room was spacious.

If you want to beg and get ignored and be told to be patient, book with them. . I paid almosr $1000 and i got Service: unimaginably bad and rude(especially on call and face to face) 1 access card for the whole of 5 days and 7 people Told us that we can request for another acess card. When we did, they ignored for us the whole of 6nights. Kept telling us they will give the next day but never did. Come up with lots of excuses. Card cant even be used for parking and was told to use our own money for the supposedly free parking. We were told to we gonna get a refund but had to fight for it (again) and I still have not gotten it after almost a month. Door is faulty too. There is some bad smell in the room. Wifi doesnt work. When i whatsapped, they ignored. If want to book this hotel, do it on their offical website.

1st the check in team not inform me the check in time is 3pm.. I read in the booking can check in 11am to 6pm.. I wait at the lobby from 2pm until 3pm.. Then 3 pm the check in team not there also.. I wait until 3.20pm.. Then i can check in.. My kids was crying so bad in the car.. The swimming pool i think so crowded maybe because holiday.. Other than that.. everythings is ok..
