It’s really a very nice and clean apartment, the equipment all very modern and new, it contains all the electrical home machines. The location also very good 👍.

Our favourite place to stay in the heart of KL city centre. Awesome view from the 53rd floor.

This is our second time in this apartment and we loved it! Will always recommend this hotel to others!

Recommended place if one is looking for a cosy stay in the heart of KL. This apartment is strategically located within a short walking distance from KLCC and all the attractions. I experienced quick check in and check out process assisted by a friendly helpful manager. Even quite disappointed after reading lot of bad reviews about tight driveway to parking space but it was bearable and it will not gonna be a reason for me to not staying again in the future.

THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM. The rooms are dirty and the management is terrible. I booked for night time meaning i checkin after 12 midnight and checkout in the morning. And when i arrived, there is no reception. I called the hotel number and the staff that picked up was extremely rude and said, we dont have night time checkins. And told me to check in after 3 pm. While my checkout time is supposedly at 1 pm. Then when I explained my night booking to him, he said u dont understand. Just leave. I had to call him 3 times and then he came down, and asked for a rm200 security deposit while the room only costs rm 140 I took out the money from my wallet and told him to give me a receipt for it, and he said no receipt, the card im giving u to access the room costs rm 400 each (its a generic nfc card that costs rm 2 if u buy in bulk). I told him I am not interested in paying deposit if u dont give me a receipt and he asked me to get lost bloody fool. I asked for my initial hotel payment back and he said to contact my agent. When my agent contacted the property, they rejected the refund. Its an absolute scam

It's a nice and clean apartment with an affordable price but you need to pay separately for other amneties i.e the swimming pool and also need to pay for the parking lot.

Just room nothing service but good

Great location and walking distance to KLCC, check in and check out was smooth, 1 of the best service apartment at City center.
