Clean, convenient and fast check in. Will stay again next time

Everytime visit KL, our family will sure to stay Sunway velocity hotel, it not just staying but it's equipped with a lot of amenities and the staffs are really really very helpful and nice, they always give us the friendliest smile and service, this applied not only to the reception counter but also the housekeeping group!!! Love to stay back here as always!!!

The location was fantastic—right next to my office, making it super convenient. There’s a station just a short walk away, which made it easy to reach popular spots like Bukit Bintang and TRX within minutes. I didn’t have to worry about commuting at all, which was a big plus. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. I had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, plenty of space, and a big bathroom. They provide all the toiletries you need, and will restock daily on request. The only downside was the table counter area, which seemed to constantly attract ants. I tried cleaning it and wiping it down on the first day, but the ants kept coming back, even though I couldn’t find where they were coming from. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did get a bit frustrating having to deal with it daily. Luckily, it didn’t impact my stay too much, and I was able to manage around it.

Hotel is inside Sunway Velocity mall. The mall is huge and has a lot of restaurants.

I had a reservation for one night with a check-in time of 3 p.m. However, it appears that I arrived earlier than expected and had to be at the meeting place at 2 pm. I went straight to the receptionist, Mr. Goh, who assisted me and checked whether I could check in early due to my time constraints. He understood the situation and promptly went to check with his superior, Mr. Fazraf, who was nearby. Both of them approached me, assisted in verifying the availability of the room, and subsequently secured it. Furthermore, they upgraded my room to accommodate my first visit to the hotel. Both of them are very understanding and friendly, offering me a smile and providing immediate assistance. I am very glad, appreciated, and satisfied with their services.

The reception counter staff was pleasant. Got the hotel room upgraded upon check-in. Allowed to enter the room early before the designated time. The room is very nice and clean. The air is quite fresh, and the interior decorations are beautiful.

Good location, many eateries nearby. Value for money.

I am staying for total of 2 nights for my business trip. The view from my room and Gym is awesome, especially early in the morning. However, the cleanliness of my room and bed is way below expectations. My bathroom mats have a bad smell. Pillow with little black dot. Breakfast choice are limited, staff cant event speak proper English.

Hotel attached to the shopping mall is an advantage and great convenience. The rooftop gym room and infinity swimming pool overlooking the Kuala Lumpur city skyline, it was so beautiful during the sunset. 5th floor if the hotel (if not mistaken) has access to the mall which you can find the major fast food outlets there.

Clean room. Parking a little complicated and no complimentary parking for guests. But for a couple of hours sleep for a business trip was alright.

Location of the hotel is very good as it is within the shopping mall itself. Cleanliness is also okay and service staff are friendly but the amenities wise and the items in the room could be better. The iron and the remote control was both not working when I checked-in. And I had to change 2times before it could work. other than that it was good
