Very nice unit overseeing KLCC and TRX. Unit is clean, easy check in process. Friendly and helpful host. Close to KL convention Centre and KLCC park.

Keep on booking at this same apartment everytime I have a meeting in KL. Cozy, clean & well maintained. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at 8 Kia Peng Residences, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the Bukit Bintang shopping district and KLCC, making it an ideal choice for those who want to explore the heart of Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the essentials for a convenient stay. The WiFi was impressively fast, which is a big plus for work or streaming. I appreciated the simple kitchenware provided, including plates, cups, forks, spoons, a microwave, and even cooking pots—perfect for preparing light meals. The swimming pool was a highlight, offering a great spot to relax, and there’s even a playground for kids, although there is an additional fee to use it. Free car parking is another added bonus, which is quite rare in the city. On the downside, the toilet was smelly during my stay, indicating it might not have been cleaned properly after the previous guest checked out. This was a bit disappointing and something the management should improve. Additionally, there are no restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance, so it’s best to stock up on essentials before returning to the hotel. Overall, 8 Kia Peng Residences is a great choice for its location, comfort, and amenities, with just a few areas needing attention. I’d still recommend it for anyone visiting Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur!

8 Kia Peng Residence by WSD offers great value for its location, with spacious, clean units and all the essential amenities. However, the facilities cater mostly to families with small children, and there was a noticeable foul smell from the drainage, likely due to unoccupied units sharing the same pipes. Overall, a good stay for its price and convenience.

It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. -comfortable beds -the view at night is beautiful. -free wifi I’ll give it 8.5 out of 10. I’ll stay there again.

The unit is spacious provide 1 queen sized bed and another room with single bed. It is clean provide with hair dryer and toileteries. To improve on providing iron and iron board to guest.

Construction noise starts every morning at 9 in the evening until 17:00 in the evening. There is a swimming pool on the 8th floor. Unfortunately, the pool is closed. No necessary information was provided. There is lukewarm water instead of hot water. The apartment was very clean. The apartment is perfect. The bed is super.

In fact, the apartment is very good in terms of location and space and has a double bedroom and a single bedroom. It also has a good kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine and kitchen utensils Check-in and access to the apartment is very easy

Straightforward directions given to check in, room was big with a big master bedroom but the single bed room had no space and it was almost like a closet.

The location was strategic, near to famous place like Pavilion. The staff was friendly, good assist and guide .. me and my family comfortable stay on this property..🫰🫰

Most amazing stay , very spacious, generous and comfortable, and stylish, so close to the twin towers and the mall, trust me , you will not be disappointed. Treat yourself and family , Expectional value 5 stars all the way ........... thank you soooooo much
