Scott Hotel KL Sentral recensioner

So far all OK. But first day arrive aircond rosak. Already call and fix it. But still slow

Stayed one night in a triple room and changed to a superior room without windows for the second night. The difference is great. The triple room is spacious but the other is small. Amenities provided are the same. Breakfast area is outside beside the hotel.

Fantastic views. Will come back for my next vacation. Very helpful staff

It was a good stay @ this hotel.. i like it v-much. One of the best places in KL sentral.. So far I can say nice room nice view.. Hotel staff v-friendly & helpful.. Alot more of a walking distance to the monorail.. It's still convenient & i enjoy my stay.. Thank you..

location is best, not far from KL Sentral, and a lot of local food near by, walking distance to China Town.

Check in was a little problematic: the receptionist wanted to charge us tax when tax was already included; plumbing problems: huge leak from the toilet; called the reception, they sent 2-3 guys and after 2 hours of "repairs" the leak was the same. I think every room has a water leak because our bathroom ceiling started to show mold. Breakfast was very good! Will not recommend this hotel for future stay

Superb hotel with soo affordable price. Have their own parking space (lift parking). Very recommended to stay here

Old hotel, badly in need of renovation, musty and old smell in the rooms. Windows do not close tightly, noise from the highway and the corridor prevents you from sleeping. The bed was broken, the water in the toilet was always running, the window in the bathroom did not close. Dirt, garbage under the beds from previous guests, poor cleaning. After the housekeeper's shift is over, you will not be able to change the sheets or towels, as the guy at the front desk told us. Breakfast is not worth it.

As much as I loved the location of this hotel, the bedroom I was given stinks. The air conditioner was bad and was never cool throughout my stay. Water comes out when you switch on and drip by the bedside, that's what causes the bad smell.

Friendly service at the front reception. Especially the Indian lady, such a warm person. Location is strategic, ofc lah kan, nearby nu sentral, kl sentral. Breakfast not bad, we had nasik lemak with the samosa. But the hotel is located next to a busy road. So please expect loud noises from the traffic. Our room was located at level 8, and we can hear the mrt and some buzzing sound in the room.
