Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences recensioner

Det var buller hela natten lång. Det fanns ett vattenrör inomhus (se video). Det kändes som om det regnade kraftigt hela natten lång (det regnade inte ute). Det varade till klockan tre på morgonen. Jag kunde' inte sova. Jag sover redan mycket dåligt. Orkar inte. När jag berättade för receptionen nästa dag, sa de bara att det var ljudet av vattenledningar ofarligt... och de sa inte ens ett pinsamt ord. När jag checkade ut angav jag en extra räkning och debiterade nästan MYR 20 mer. Jag sa helt enkelt att det var ett misstag och tog sedan ut mer än MYR 80 i olika skatter! Efter att jag åkte kom jag ihåg att beställningen tydligt innehöll skatt? ! Glömde ta en bild på räkningen. Servicen var extremt dålig. Ingen hjälpte till att leverera bagaget till rummet. När jag checkade ut bad personalen mig att agera översättare för kinesiska resenärer som inte kunde engelska. Det finns så många människor på malajiska som kan kinesiska , men ditt hotell gör inte det? ! Det är inget som hjälper. Problemet är personalens attityd, som om jag skulle göra hennes jobb, hennes krävande ton och hon sa inte ens tack efter att ha hjälpt. Jag blev mållös. Det fanns ett aktivitetsrum för barn i hotellets introduktion, så jag bokade det här stället, men det var stängt och ingen informerade mig om att det var stängt. Annonsen visade fortfarande bilder på barnrummet, vilket var löjligt. Jag har bott på andra Pullman-hotell många gånger och de är alla mycket bra.Denna plats har alltid varit mörk. Hotellet är gammalt och städpersonalen hämtade inte ens min engångsskampopåse, den ställdes på en liten hylla i duschrummet och hämtades inte på en gång. Detta visar att duschrummet inte var städat alls.

Renlighet: Rummet städas varje dag, serviceinställningen är mycket bra och det finns servicepersonal som kan kinesiska, så du behöver inte oroa dig om du inte förstår engelska. Hotellet ligger mitt i stadens centrum, mittemot berömda Parkson, som är mycket bekvämt för att äta och shoppa. Och hotellpriset är inte dyrt. Kanske bokade vi en hotelllägenhet och frukosten var medelmåttig. Jag minns för tre år sedan, vi bodde också i en lägenhet, men vi åt också i den västra restaurangen på första våningen på hotellet.

Borde inte vara ett 5-stjärnigt hotell, rummet luktar cigarettrök. och rummet såg unket Dörren är låst och kan inte öppnas. Badrummet är inte särskilt rent. Lite frukost, inte många sorter Jag personligen ger den 3 stjärnor.

Location excellent near shopping complex. Counter Reception not friendly, especially indian male. Breakfast not suit with the price breakfast but overall ok so and so..

Great Stay! The location is excellent, very convenient and close to attractions. The hotel itself is wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The buffet was delicious with a good variety of food. Highly recommended!

Room was very small & front desk service always no answer. Room facing construction (no view). Swimming pool lack of maintenance (super disappointed). Someone tried to open our door twice (lucky we double lock internally). We just checked in around 11am & housekeeping came around 5pm to clean our room despite the DND button was on. Super disappointed during our stay.

Room is big with bathtub and is dated. Breakfast is good as it reflects local culture. However, when long stay above 3 days. Things seems abit too local and services tends to be abit iykyk.

The staffs not welcoming. From doorman to housekeeping. No smile or greetings. When we came bsck n car stopped infront, no One assist to open the door even when we are having difficulty coming out!  Housekeeping did not clesn room well n failed tp replenish tea/coffee bags! Buffet breakfast was good spread. Hot delicious croissants! Tasty malay kueh. Concierge was good though on our last day 25/6/25. Location is v gpod, about 5mins walk vis bsnysn tree connector next door to pavilion.

My trip to the luxurious Pullman Hotel in Kuala Lumpur was absolutely fantastic! From the warm welcome to the elegant rooms with stunning city views, every moment was exceptional. The dining options were superb, offering delicious local and international cuisine. The rooftop pool and spa provided the perfect relaxation, while the central location made exploring KL effortless. Impeccable service and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!

Stayed at the 2 bed room apartment. We took 3 of such room. Requested all on the same floor due to family convenience as we had toddlers. But request could not be meet. Room cleanliness was not up to standard. Lift way at level 26 had a bad smell due to the overnight garbage . Room was dusty , toilet bath tub was not convincing to have to soak. Day 2 saw a cockroach crawling out from the toilet. Housekeeping took about 10 min to attend to it . Breakfast for residence was so boring . Mostly vegetarian bases. 3 days were same items. Will not consider for a stay again.

The location was great with a beautiful room. Highly recommended to those who like to have a short stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Great hotel with great location. Everything is in close proximity, klcc and twin towers are 10-15 minutes by walk.

Stayed here for my birthday trip. My husband requested a small decoration or a cake since it was my birthday, but the request was turned down — which is fine. We dropped them a text prior to booking to ask if there was any motorcycle parking, as we travelled by bike. They do have motorcycle parking, but unlike cars, which can be parked right outside the hotel, motorcycles must be parked in the basement — strictly at your own discretion, as the hotel does not bear any responsibility for damages or loss. We don’t recall seeing any CCTV there. Mind you, my husband’s motorcycle accessories are expensive. Thank God, nothing was missing or damaged. Check-in: Not trying to be petty, but I’ve never been to a hotel where they don’t hand items directly to you. It’s basic service etiquette, you know? My passport wasn’t returned to me by hand — it was placed on the table. Room: We booked the Prestige Room and requested a smoking room, but didn’t get one — again, that’s fine. However, the air-conditioning wasn’t working properly. It was so humid that we ended up perspiring in our sleep every night, even though we set the temperature to the lowest. The walkway outside our room was actually cooler than the room itself. For sure we love the location because Pavillion is right opposite. Other than that, there’s room for improvement as comfort plays a huge part especially when travellers just had a long ride/drive to your place.

Overall, my stay was good — clean room, friendly staff, and great location. However, there was renovation happening right next to my room, and just a notice paper felt a bit underwhelming for a 5-star hotel. I expected a bit more in terms of guest experience.
