Ett gammalt femstjärnigt hotell, inte långt från tunnelbanestationen för snabbspårvägar.Det finns en 7-11 inom fem minuters promenad, vilket är väldigt bekvämt. Faciliteterna är lite föråldrade, poolen kan checkas in för att markera sevärdheterna och frukosten är inte lämplig för kinesiska magar. Överlag bra 👌

4-stjärnigt hotell 2-stjärnigt service 1. Hotellet tillhandahåller endast badlakan (ansiktshanddukar och små handdukar ingår inte som standard) 2. Frukosten räkor nudelsoppa har inga räkor och böngroddar och är lite svart. Gröten är inte varmt eftersom värmen och isoleringen är trasig 3. Berätta för hotellet när du checkar in tre dagar i rad. Receptionen (även specifikt berättade för Yanni, en indisk chef för hotellet), checkade ut klockan 5:30 i morgonen den sista dagen och var för sent för att äta frukost. Han lovade att han skulle förse mig med en paketerad frukost. Men när jag checkade ut upptäckte jag att det fanns en kommunikationslucka. Receptionen sa att de inte hade fått något särskilt meddelande och förfrågningar kan inte hålla löften!

Hotel is located on the other side of twin tower and it is just walking distance to reach. The room is super bigger and with well clearness. The staff is very polite to us. The breakfirst is very fascinating.

The location is in the heart of KL, with walkable distance to the twin tower and jalan alor night market. Great view at night to see the scenery, would be great if there is family mart in the building.

this hotel never disappoint their customer. check in was very smooth, spacious & clean room, varieties and tasty of food for breakfast.

It is good location for me. And I can get good service from this hotel. This hotel is old but clean and comfortable. I would like to use this hotel again.

The location is decent but not as close to KLCC as one might expect. The rooms are clean but outdated, with very basic amenities—only bath towels provided, and toiletries comparable to a 3-star hotel. Breakfast is decent, but the service could be improved, especially regarding extra pillows, which the hotel refuses to provide beyond an exchange. Parking can also be inconvenient, as guests need to walk via a connecting bridge with stairs, making it troublesome for those with large luggage. Overall, it seems like a reasonable option, but the lack of extra comfort and minor inconveniences might make it less appealing compared to other hotels in the area

This hotel is wonderful—clean, with incredibly friendly staff. The food was really good even though there were a lot of guests. I truly enjoyed the hospitality and the warm atmosphere. A great experience overall!

The hotel environment and staffs are very wonderful. The staffs are friendly and very warm welcome. I was late checked in but they have 24 hours service for reception counter and their service is very efficient and fast check in too. I stayed for 3 days 2 nights and the location is really good which is nearby LRT train station and easy access for public transportation. The hotel is so nice decorative, clean and outstanding. The food is so fresh, delicious and variety of food for buffet breakfast too. I’m so fortunate coz I have the opportunity to watch a Lion Dance on 2nd day of Chinese New Year festival. I always love to return for staycation at the hotel. It is highly recommended for staycation and business too.

Everything was good. Breakfast decent range of food. There was 2 feedback I gave in checkout and that was the cigarette smell in my bathroom after returning from breakfast & the WiFi that was connected but "No Internet Connection" on my last morning from 730am onwards. Otherwise everything was great.

good experience in this hotel.. easy to move from hotel to other place because nearby train station .this hotel is really cleand and have a good breakfast too Beside the hard rock cafe kuala lumpur and the swimming pool get can the view of klcc and kl tower too.. will come back again

We booked 2 rooms and We got upgraded to deluxe triple sharing room. Room was clean with a nice view of Petronas Twin Towers. The check in was smooth, recept was friendly and room were clean. My only complaint was the toiletries was not given enough for 3 of us. 1 shower cap for 3 of us, 2 shower gel for 3 of us. As the room we booked came with breakfast, the breakfast area was super crowded and we were asked to go to the ballroom which was extremely cold with aircon full blown. So the food were also cold and not all the selection from the main breakfast area were provided.

The hotel very strategic and clean. But the service aint that good actually. I got upgraded bcs the previous room's air conditioner aint working well but then they upgraded my room to Premier Room. Unfortunately..i couldnt enjoy all the privileges for Premier room. They said i didnt book for Premier. It was upgrade. Not sure whether it is my fault or not. Overall..it was a so-so stay. Thanks
