Bra läge. Men mycket strikt personal, känner lite press vid in- och utcheckning. Men de är faktiskt ingen skada kanske de bara råkar ha en dålig dag den dagen.

Läget är bra. Foto bifogat är utsikten från mitt rum. Om du kör bil har detta hotell ingen källare eller gratis parkering för gäster. Bemannad parkering kostar RM30,00 per parkering, inte 24 timmar

The hotel in in a great location with the popular shopping mall, food eateries and massage parlours all within walking distance. The check in staffs were cheerful and helpful. Room amenities were just nice but I think it needs to upgrade the washing gel, shampoo and body cream to those not one usage and dump away container. Even though room looks dated it is clean and without much issue except that the sliding door of the shower needs to put a rubber stopper from water sipping out and it can cause slipping. Do give them a chance and I think it is better to the newer Sleeping Lion 😜

The value the hotel provides is the best proposition here - in terms of the location just a very short walk to the Bukit Bintang monorail, proximity to many shopping and makan places. The only con was that I had to wear the disposable slippers all the while in the room as the carpet was in need of a good wash. The other room amenities are ok of hotel quality. The TV channels are varied but the channel video quality is so-so only as we are spoilt with HD videos nowadays. My new favourite makan places to savour are the Bungkus Kaw Law at Berjaya Times Square and Pao Xiang Herbal BKT at the Connections@Pavillion.

Comfortable bed, clean, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. But the a/c is not adjustable, too cold in the room. And water leaking from shower.

Over roll all is good .aricon is cool ,room very clean ,counter staff friendly and every detail of the hotel stay was explained very clearly . The location is very convenient the subway station is just a short walk and the shopping centre is very close to the hotel ! I will recommend to my friend &family. The staff members were polite and always ready to help. No need to stuff your suitcase with bottles, as hotels stock bathrooms with soap, shampoo, and conditioner for free. These essentials are always included in the room cost, and range from mini souvenirs that guests love to designer . The location is good and it is walking distance the Bukit Bintang MRT and monorail. 20 mins to the iconic towers. The room is clean and big. Promot servide to clean the room and reception is helpful to assist any queries. Breakfast is acceptable and reasonable spread. Will come again to stay.

I enjoy my stay. Everything was good. Near to monorel bukit bintang just by walking to get there. Love it

The plus point of this hotel is location which make your stay conveniently easy to explore any bukit bintang touristy spot... the check in process is also fast and good. Breakfast buffet is just average. If driving, the parking fee is rm8 per day (multiple entry) to park at fairlane residence besides the hotel building.

The hotel is in a very good location if you like shopping and want to explore all these shopping malls at once. The biggest disadvantage is the traffic jam is very heavy, so the best option is to use the local subway service.

Very satisfied. The hotel is near and easy access. Close to the monorail. Will come back and stay again at the hotel royal. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Great location in the heart of Bukit Bintang, within walking distance of shopping malls, restaurants, Jalan Alor and public transport. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Will book again InshaAllah.

Convenient location to explore Kuala Lumpur as it's minutes away from Bukit Bintang MRT and Monorail stations. There're nearby malls to shop around the hotel. Easy to find choices of food and also walking distance to traditional massage and reflexology. Staff from bellboy to housekeepers were helpful and friendly, always showing up with a big smile. Room was neat and clean, spacious too. On our second day stay, we informed the front desk that the hot water in the bathroom was not working, it was settled within the day. However, on our third day stay, we had informed at least three times (three different timing too) to the front desk that the room telephone as well as the bath mat not available, but till late night no response and we gave up since we will be checking out the next morning. Overall, the stay was a pleasant one.

The hotel was comfortable and had a great shower with strong water pressure. Hot water was available, and the AC worked well and kept the room cool. The Wi-Fi could be faster, but overall, I had a pleasant stay.
