De Palma Resort Kuala Selangor recensioner

the room abit small and abit dirty. found out the ants and spider and lizard at the room. but the environment so far is good.

Located at the old town of Kuala Selangor, nearby attractions to Bukit Malawati, Sky Mirror, Penambang Town. Preferably with own transport will make it easier to move around. The ambiance is like small houses resort, in quite and peaceful areas, except alot of jungle monkeys moving around, so don’t leave food outside. Facilities is quite well prepared and if you request anything, the office will try to provide to you. Services was good. To improve, is the breakfast service which the selection was limited. My first day breakfast at 7am, the food was abundant. My second day breakfast at 8.30am, the food almost done without replenishment. Need to ask the staff and only after few minutes it was topped up.

Fast check in & check out. Excellent front office service. Good breakfast.

Clean room.. can still accommodate extra bed for triplet chalet. Food is ok. Resort is suitable for team building or family day.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

We chose to stay at De Palma Resort Kuala Selangor as recommended by a friend. The reception was friendly. A good place for 'healing'. The resort is located out in the country, from busy life. Not so far from the historical Malawati Hill. The room was spacious, ample space for our active grand children to play and move around. However, the housekeeping could be more vigilant in their work as our grandchildren found 2 curtain clips underneath the bedsheet. The swimming pool was clean and very big for us. We were there during weekday, so the pool was empty. Our grandchildren had a great time. Breakfast was ok. P/s Beware of monkeys!

The room so nice, clean & Muslim friendly. But the breakfast is not so nice. Staff also friendly. For amenities is complete have iron, hair dryer. & fridge

Quiet location. Room is spacious. A variety of food during breakfast is a bonus. Would love to come here again next time as many activities can be done here.

Staffs rude even in confirmation booking stated my booking on level G. Staffs refuse to give even they know we carrying kid and baby. Buggy only had 1 unit. Waiting too long before they come to picked up us. The food not nice. No much varieties. Taste no good.

Facilities great, all amenities were there, great stay! Thought near beach, but very near with all attraction.

The hotel is a good place to escape without feeling like you’re away from civilisation. It has a homely feel. Breakfast was good, and the rooms spacious and comfortable. To eat out will require a car and the restaurants on the river are well worth a visit.
