Scout Inn recensioner

My trip to Terengganu is started when I'm in KL myself. I make a phone call to this resort and spoke to Aisyah ( Front Office ). A very Good & Nice reception that attend to all of my question patiently. Thanks to her I managed to get a room. Kudos Aisyah :). I reached at the place after the check-in time but unfortunately the rooms is not ready yet. I do understand the situation coz I'm a hotelier myself but I hope the management will take note on this coz other customer will not be able to understand this. Tired, sleepy, etc. we just need a room to rest. Understood that during this pandemic hiring staff might be impossible and everything but hoping u guys will find a solution for this issue. Room 114, my parents could't have a good sleep coz of flying cockroach, could't say much about this coz been trying to call the reception but no answer, like I said just now staffing issue should be resolve, my suggestion maybe you can put a pair at the counter for a 3 - 11pm shift so that any issue related can be resolve immediately. She ( sorry couldn't remember the name ) alone at the counter handling guest and call coming in it's that easy and pity to see her like that. Other than that, everything is just nice. The location, the view, etc. Hoping the best for you guys. I'm sorry if my words or suggestion is totally ridiculous for u guys, but to be honest u guys can go far more than this, nothing to say about the staff, despite of the hectic month and everything, the smile is still on their faces.
