I am very satisfied with my stay. The room is spacious, the aircond works well and the bathroom is spacious .

It was an awesome stay at Arena Boutique Hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. They also provide water dispenser. The location is also good, there is a restaurant just beside the hotel and it is walkable distance to Pulau Warisan & Chinatown.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The service was friendly and the check-in process was quick and smooth. I really enjoyed the spacious room and it was comfortable. The water dispenser provided was a nice touch and very convenient. Overall, a good experience!

Cleanliness can be approved, location is good, easy to find parking near the hotel. The room is big, toilet is good, but you can hear people talking and pass by easily.

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The ceiling fan and openable windows are plus points. However, the noisy road downstairs can be a nuisance. The room should be cleaned everyday and the amenities should be replenished everyday. But that didn't happen and we had to call for water, clean towels and rubbish bin emptying.

The air conditioner was leaking in the room middle of the night. Hence the floor was wet.

The room is very big and super clean 👍👍👍 value for money and will stay again highly recommended 👍👍👍

Good bed, new hotel. But the toilet floor is same from shower to toilet thus when u shower the water runs and wet the whole room. A bit noisy when u heard a few bike racing in the morning. Hard to park as there is no dedicated parking space, so quite limited as only public parking that available.

Good but only the room quite smelly at first you enter the room and there are spider web that l can notices in that room.. Other awesome especially the toilet. The room for 3 of us was very big. Tq
