Strategic location

Good location, great staff, I got a room at the end of the block, the WiFi basically doesn't work at that area

Had an overnight stay while rerouting my exit from Kelantan during the floods recently. The location is strategic. The aircond water was leaking throughout the night but was too tired to make a complaint.

Just a transit to Redang. Hotel room just ok, nothing much to complaint. Location is ok, near to ChinaTown. But parking not so convenient, where parking is behind hotel building. If you have big luggages, young kids and elderly along, difficult a bit

the toilet floor was dirty with many hair. the bed sheet had many yellow stains. the towels were worn and torn. but, the hotel room charges per night is affordable and economical.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. They have extend another new wings.
