Hotel Grand Continental Kuala Terengganu recensioner

Every time i come to kuala terengganu i must stay at grand continental hotel because so many place around the hotel in walking distance like mayang mall, KTCC Mall, restoran suerasa nasi kerabu and also near pasar payang. From the room you can see the drawn bridge. The room is also big and clean. My grand children loved the pool very much.

Good: - Check-in process was smooth and fast - Room was clean, tidy & spacious, enough space for muslims to pray comfortably, and could accommodate an extra single bed - The smart tv has netflix installed so we had a great time chilling & watching movies - Strong water pressure - Adequate variety of food for breakfast, nasi kerabu was delicious - Swimming pool was clean & well-maintained Bad: - Shower cream was very watery like it has been diluted, had to use the provided bar soap for better lathering - bath tub’s plug was very loose, luckily i brought my own plastic cover to fill in water for warm bath

Hotel is just in the center of town Kuala Terengganu, Mayang Mall and KTCC is walking distance. Room is spacious with the affordable price. Breakfast is complete with local food such as keropok lekor, nasi dagang and many more.

Located in the city center. Near Mayang Mall and just a walking distance.  The room itself is old and needs to refurbished back.  The bathroom also needs updating. Just imagine need to step into the bathtub in order to shower.not suitsble  Not suitable for elderly people, pregnant women, and people with mobility issues.  The Room service does not reach the standard of other 4 star hotels.

This is an old hotel. Most furniture are worn out. One of the rooms felt stuffy. However, all three rooms are clean. Staff is good, professional & helpful - from the front desk, security, housekeeping, chefs. The location is good. Easy access to restaurants, convenient stores. But the parking spaces quite limited as it is school holiday. Buffet breakfast has varieties of local foods.. Overall, happy with the stay

I stayed at Hotel Grand Continental Kuala Terengganu and found the location excellent, close to attractions like Pasar Payang and the Crystal Mosque.
