Good service from receptionist until room service,breakfast,and pool..very satisfied..this is svral time i am in terengganu,but this is my 1st time here..will come again..the price very affordable for the service that i got..thank you for Atikah,Adam and Syafika for great room service..good job to ludgage boy..even i gave a tips for him but he refused..

I love this hotel. For a 4 star, it is beyond my expectations. The service is very good, they texted me the day before and tried to fulfill my request to check in early. The room is spacious, the breakfast was so good and for only RM35 was really worth it. There is a Kopitiam at the Lobi and I like it for a quick Teh Tarik. Will come back again.

Location, Cleanliness & Amenities: This hotel boasts one of the most convenient and fantastic locations imaginable. It's close to all the key areas, with popular attractions just 15 to 20 minutes away. The room was incredibly comfortable and cozy, spotless, and fresh. From the moment we entered the hotel until we reached our room, everything was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we already miss the hotel! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the rooms inviting and fresh throughout our stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a clean, comfortable environment for its guests. The common areas were also well-maintained, contributing to the hotel’s welcoming vibe. The attention to detail in cleanliness really enhanced our stay, making it even more enjoyable and relaxing. Service: The service at this hotel was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the Front Desk team, including Mr. Riduan, Ms. Aida, Ms. Ain, Ms. Aishah, Ms. Aimi, Ms. Syafikah, Mr. Adam, and Ms. Syafiqah. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful suggestions and regularly checking in to ensure our comfort. Their kindness and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience, and their positive attitude significantly enhanced our stay. It's clear that the hotel truly values its guests, and their exceptional service was one of the highlights of our visit. Every interaction with the team was marked by warmth, efficiency, and a true commitment to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. It’s rare to find such high-level service, and it played a huge role in making our time at the hotel so wonderful. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for going above and beyond! Spacious room, comfortable bed, old fashion furnitures. Convenient location next to Kuala Terengganu Airport, includes complimentary airport shuttle. Great business hotel.

Start from the entrace up until check out the service is excellent. Very clean, muslim friendly hotel and smell good. The breakfast speard was unexpectedly generous. During my stay, they served nasi dagang, nasi minyak, variety of kuih muih, and so many more. My kids love the swimming pool and they ask for more days. And the room is so spacious like really comfortable even if you have 5 kids hahahaa

As usual, the best hotel in Kuala Terengganu that have Kid's Pool. Nasi minyak for breakfast was superb!
