Here's a polished version of your review: --- I had a pleasant stay at this hotel near the heart of Kuantan. The location is ideal, with easy access to cafes, malls, and other attractions nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which made the experience comfortable. I brought my family along for a one-night stay, and it was very convenient. Parking was easily accessible, and it was hassle-free for my mom to head upstairs. Overall, it's a great choice for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Kuantan. Highly recommend! Skytree nice!

Location wise good, near to town and places i've planned to go. Room space is quite good and acceptable but toilet is not clean enough. That's the worst part and the most unsatisfied part. I wish the hotel pays more attention towards proper cleaning method, scubbing every parts of the toilet. Also the sink has problem, got leaking which also the worst and horrific part during my stay. During night there's a bunch of big size if dogs sleeping outside of the hotel so beware if you are afraid of dogs and if you have kids.

When checking in the hotel and finding that the aircond is liking, the staff gets a technician to check it immediately and change the new room.

Hotel is decent enough for a stay. Easy access to places and convenient. Its clean, but maybe not clean enough somehow. But overall, it was okay.

Forgot to take photos of the room, we had a pleasant stay here in Skytree Hotel, the room was clean except for the toilet as it has a bit of a mold at the toilet floor but it didnt bother us quite much. The room was not dusty and that is already a relief for me as i have sinus sensitivity. The location was near to many places in Kuantan. Many shoplots and it was nearby Kuantan ECM mall. Facing Petronas as well. Its just that we didnt get to use the fridge as it was broken since the day we checked in. Bear in mind that this hotel was a bit noisy as the doors are quite close to each other so you may hear sounds of family and kids running and screaming in the morning if you came here during school holidays/weekends. It was a bit annoying but bearable. Also, i like hearing the liveliness of the hotel somehow made me feel secure knowing that there a lot of visitors at the hotel 😅😆 Great stay, and would repeat if i came to Kuantan again🙏🏻

Good value to stay at Kuatan ,the room comfortably ,staff friendly,clear ,facilities like freeze. Hair dryer iron ,laundry bag in the room also have ,no like 2 star hotel only.just morning bit noise staff for clearing.

hotel provide us with iron, iron board, refrigerator, and water heater. staff is okayy. have a little trouble closing door for both toilet and room. room was spacious!! and we personally requested clean and quiet room and we got exactly that!! overall 8/10

Very nice place

Generally value for money. However, need to improve on facilities maintenance where window, Air-conditioning and TV remote control need to review in order to ensure it is working. Location is ok and check out time is only allow to extend 15 minutes as compare previously can be extended to 1pm. Overall, satisfactory.

The stay was okay, I requested for non - smoking room but I got smoking, then the blanket are quite old…where I could see stains on the blanket. The receptionist are not good in customer service…didn’t greet customer well.
