All good but the floor lamp without cover and room not include room slipper.

Nice hotel, new and clean. Our room faces the back of the hotel so no noise at all. Room is spacious, clean. Nothing to complain about 3 nights spent at this hotel

strategically located at city center, newly renovated. Friendly reminder: try to avoid rooms facing main road & drawback is soundproofing is not good.

Service is always excellent here. Location is the best - close to laundromat, food, pubs, short walk to waterfront. This was my 3rd time staying here and this time my room was facing the street opposite a very busy pub. Staff warned me at check in which was kind of them. Room came with earplugs. Did not need them. The warning is purely so they can contact the pubs owner if need be, as there are strict noise laws for these reasons. Great stay as always. Will stay again.

Very strategic location, surrounded by old street, walkable to riverfront. The room is clean but still got mosquito not only in room but at lobby as well.

Fantastic location, nearby hotel there is a lot of food to choose. Nearby pub also. Easy to access. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

So far, we only stay in this hotel for almost every trips we made to Kuching visits. The Manager at the counter was always friendly. The only feedback for the room we stayed (603) is the exhaust fan is noisy and cannot be turned off.
