OYO 897 iBC36 Business Stay recensioner

Worst hotel service! The old chinese man at the receptionist counter was very rude. The room was smelly, water pipe not working, toilet was dirty. The bedsheet smell worst, its like they never change it. The surrounding area was very loud. Even the corridor got like “pee” smells yuck! When i enter my room, there’s even sampah from the guest bfore (maybe). The lobby bau rokokk. Dont ever deal with the old chinese man, he might be the worst people in you’ve ever met in this world.

Hotel quite okay back in 2020.. but this time terrible.. very bad smell in n out of the room.. even the lobby was so messy.. seem like they only change the bedsheet and dont even clean the bathroom.. dust everywhere, on the floor, window.. chipped ceiling and very thick dust in the aircond.. worst come to worst atleast make the hallway, room smell good and clean.. just wondering why they left the lobby empty without staff for checking out/in.. they left their phone number but not anwering.. i know the price was cheap.. i get what i pay.. but before this i stayed here with cheap price but much more well maintained hotel.. friendly staff..

I recently stayed here. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating, always willing to answer questions. The room was comfortable, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was within walking distance of many popular attractions and restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend the this hotel for anyone visiting Chicago.

no need to complain too much if u pay such low price (only at TRIP.com). overall just normal and nice. 1 thing i need to highlight for this hotel ,feel safe when u stay in here,because that is no much budjet hotel can maintain the front door sensor card lock and lift sensor card lock on. the hotel are no giving bottle drinking water anymore,so anyone who decide to stay there just remember to take your own bottle .you can refill water at water dipenser,every floor have one.

The room have bad smell，toilet is dirty.But which such a budget hotel with front door & Elevator sensor plus water Water dispenser on each floor is Ok. Lastly the hotel worker Mr. Kong is very helpful.

The hotel room was dirty and smelly. The sheets in our room were very dirty, and there were stains on the pillow and the middle of the mattress. We think the smell in the room is coming from the mattress. So, if you want to travel with your family or even if you are travelling alone, you should avoid booking at OYO. The facilities are okay, but the cleanliness is bad.

Cons - pay 1++ but no tv, no remote aircond, no free drinking(coffee or cup), no handle for door room, floor a little bit dirty, no hanging palce for clothes in the room, hotel is beside club which a bit annoy when night, the lightning in room is yellow not led, no workers at reception when above 10p.m, to enter hotel and lift has to use access card which is quiet annoy sometimes. Pros - space in room is average, toilet space is big.

Staying for four days, the place is okay, location is good so many restaurant nearby. Inside the hotel is much okay, good cleanness. But from the outside the entrance door is quite tricky, there was a big sign-almost faded..of glass wall door, but it wasn’t a clear glass so, I cannot see the inside as well (me tried to check where the reception desk) because the door was locked. Hassled looking for another entrance, sweat with lot of luggages. Thought being scam because there is “nobody” there. Finally save by a courier guy. They should make it visible way to the entrance.

Dont expect to much, the bedsheet was smelly and the room also smelly

Need improve service change room upon checkin im booking with window then once checkin give me twin bed & no window

everything is ok

Overall just nice place to stay.
