Kuching Park Hotel recensioner

The pillow did have hair there when get in, and the bedsheet does have blood stain. we booked city view, but look out from the window is the back building, nothing view to look at as block by back building, we ask the front desk, they say city view is the building back side, if want to facing road side is call garden view, or else top up money move to high floor, but when I check in request high floor, they say that night room full, when we argue regarding city view and garden view, they say still have room available but need top up money.

Old TV. No heater. Overall ok

Room was renovated probably after covid. Looks quite new for furniture & bedding in the room. But bathroom looks old though. Staffs are mostly friendly. Plenty of eateries nearby.

Hotel standard was reasonable for the price paid. Locaton was convenient. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly

Great stay at this hotel. Clean room, comfy bed, and friendly staff. Convenient location but difficult to find parking especially at night. Overall, a pleasant experience and I’d recommend it!

Nice hotel, nice breakfast although not many choice. Affordable.

Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money

This is my first time sleep at here and surprisingly the room was sooo soo amazinggg. I really love this hotel. So comfortable and really nice place to sleep. The room so clean and beautiful. Will repeat to sleep at here again.❤️🔥❤️🔥

Hotel located in city center of Kuching & accessible to many attraction areas nearby.

The system is terrible. There’s another customer got our room 25minutes after us. They didn’t want to admit their fault. The breakfast is basic and the smart room was’nt functioning well. Location and cleanliness is good.

Very good hotel with the prices. The room was specious and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Even though the breakfast menu is simple but it’s quite nice.

This hotel is sooo nice. It was renovated recently and now I can it is operating mostly by IoT. Check in using self check in kiosk in the lobby. The room is so pretty, neat, clean, and smart. They have the thing similar to Google Home, a smart thermostat air-conditioner, and an auto curtain. I loveee this hotel and definitely recommend this hotel to all of you.

Out of my expected hotel. Will book again next time.
