A great stay in waterfront, old hotel, but the furniture and cleanliness still acceptable. Great for business traveller. But suggest hotel to make a specific smoking area outside the hotel, so the smokers not standing right infront of entrance smoking and disturbing the incoming guest, the smokes are "welcoming" the guest giving unplesant experience. Very convenient access to shopping mall, but the shopping mall are old, not much star shop and eatable food, no much chinese food, nearby chinatown also not vibrant. All shops are closed. The good thing about this hotel is the direct access to shopping mall and basement parking, free parking for guest in and out without paying, ideal for car rental guest, no need to worry about raining. Loccitane shower and shampoo really good and add points.

Nice hotel view, great location at city centre, connecting with mall, easy access to mall, parking available for the check-in guest.

in the centre of downtown what more can u ask for and for me it’s the best hotel boutique for traveller to enjoy their stay here with easy adjacent to the Plaza Merdeka Mall via Lobby Floor and Level 4 link to Mall FoodPlaza for people’s to meet. highly recommend to everyone for best amenities and river/city view with Club Floor or normal floor for u to enjoy the serenity’s. furthermore the Level 13 if a must to visit for sunset view’s and chills with the love one’s.

The hotel location is considered the best among other big brand hotels like Hilton and Sheraton, the hotel is right beside the waterfront and carpenter's street, however the are tends to be jammed during weekend and at night. The interior of the hotel is also a bit dated and without maintenance, however, the service is impeccable. Will consider staying again for future trips.

Lovely location. Great selection of food breakfast. We have the river view room. Love it especially the toiletries that accompanied this booking. My all time favourite, L’Occitane. Well worth paying extra for the upgrade. Not giving a ten only because the pool is disappointing in terms of size. Also, the pool being under cover which is great for sun protection but it also meant that the water remains a bit on the coolish side.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions
