Spacious room, good for family and group, really satisfied, will book again

Stayed for many times. I like this place so much. Suit for families.

I appreciated the facilities provided, as they were well-maintained and comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the level of customer service. The staff were not as friendly or understanding as I had hoped. After a long journey driving from afar, I was unable to respond to their WhatsApp messages promptly. While I acknowledge this was my oversight, the way the situation was addressed felt unnecessarily harsh. A more considerate and empathetic approach would have made a significant difference. I hope the management can foster better understanding and kindness towards their guests in the future.

the room is beside the rubbish room and its a very corner unit with no windows. The bed sheet got blood stains.

Stayed here for 2 nights.. check-in and check out handled by a lovely host from the guard desk. The unit is labelled as a master bedroom as it has a bedroom + bathroom+ kitchen without a living area (sofa) which was enough for us. So we had to eat on the floor lol The bedroom area doesn't have a window which is fine as it is a place to sleep. The windows are actually at the kitchen area,which is facing the inner part of the building (facing other units). But it was bright as the unit is on the highest floor. This type of unit is actually isolated and located within the service lift compound. Another suggestion to improve the unit would be getting a small microwave and put it on the top of the fridge.

Clean, good facility and very spacious room. Perfect place for family, amazing view from our unit. Great location attached the shopping mall. My family very enjoyed and satisfied stay in Imperial Suites. I will come again for next vacation.
