Imperial Riverbank Hotel Kuching recensioner

I like this hotel very much, the service is tip top, but the parking lot need to be put a little more due to a lot of customer car.

Affordable price, comfortable bed and enjoy staying here. Will repeat once stay at Kuching.

The facilities are all good 🫶🏻 Got the best view on the highest floor as well

The location is near the waterfront of Kuching. The hotel didn't provide parking lots to the guests hence we have to resolve the parking issue by ourselves. The staff are helpful to advise but they don't have much info to share ( maybe is a new staff)

Stayed at this hotel for Borneo Sonic Music Fest. Reasonably priced. Good coincidence that one of the stops for the shuttle bus service was located opposite this hotel. My room was clean & spacious. Happy that hot water worked at 1 am. I also like that there is 7 Eleven next door. Went to get milk after arriving from the music fest.

Pros Location strategic, huge room. Cons Lift can be improved. Only bathroom slightly smelly.

The hotel is conveniently located within the city. However, parking availability is limited. The hotel room is equipped with Internet TV, but the speed is too slow. There are no other viable options for viewing television in a comfortable manner.

The hotel is a little outdated and could use some refreshment. When you enter the room the smell is not pleasant but you get use to it. The room is spacious.

Hotel right next to water front and car statue in Kuching. Parking is limited. Lots of places to eat within walking distance

Third time staying at the hotel. This time we got a room with big windows. The room was generally clean. WiFi was bad that we couldn't even enjoy a single show without having some signal problems. The power of the shower was strong that made us feel cleaned and refreshed every time. One of the lifts broke down during our two-day stay and it became frustrating for many of us having to depend only on one lift.

The hotel is good and really nice.. the staff also nice

Hospitality is good it's just no car park... had to park the car far from the hotel and it's raining at that time
