Good aervice

If you got a good deal from trip.com at this hotel, they will charge you extra fees. getting deals under RM60 will get you charged RM15 extra per night at reception. if your deals with this hotel are RM50 on trip.com, they will charge you RM20 extra per night at reception. if you're on a budget, this aint the hotel to go for. its a bad experience for me as this wasnt informed during booking session. i dont recommend this hotel to everyone. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Good hotel with a good service. Really recommend for everyone.

It's truly a budget hotel, I understood that it's cheap, but at least I just hope the customer service is good. This is my first time of not allowed to check-in early (1hr early) 😅, and the room smells (bet coz of the damp carpet), it's not soundproof, the mattress linen is also dirty, there are spots, and hairs under the pillows.. yuck! I didnt expect too much tho, so if you're on tight budget, go ahead

Hitel lama..tp luas...harga masih tinggi...tp harga di trip mirha..bila smpai hotel terpkasa bauar lebih klau kurng dr 70rm ka 72rm..sepatutnya harga kena jelas di trip.com..pelanggan tak perlu tmbah...ni mcm ada sesuatu xbetul....kalau nk harga shiling...perlu buat siap2 di trip.com...secara logiknya...seolah2 ni nk dpt pelanggan dengan penipuan..dibtrip.com cloth harga 58rm..kompom org nak sebab murah dr hotel2 lain...tp bila cek.in...kaunter mintak tambah 12rm sebb dibawah harga minumum bilik....bolwh plak mcm tu....

Hotel lama....byk serangga mnyerang kulit....tilam lama dan tenggelam dah...tingkt paling atas panas....
