This charming holiday apartment in Villa Sonnenresidenz is located just a few steps from the wonderful sandy beach in the western part of Kühlungsborn. It is equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and combined living and dining area. You enter the apartment on the ground floor through a practical hallway belonging to the apartment. From here you can access the combined living and dining area, which has all the amenities for your vacation. Here you will find the fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area with space for 4 people. In the living area are the two comfortable sofas, which can be used as an additional bed with just a few hand movements. A double wing door leads to the adjoining sleeping area, which has a renewed double bed and a spacious closet in the winter garden. A small storage room and a new shower room with a daylight window complete this practical apartment. Wi-Fi and a parking space are available to our guests free of charge.
