Rooms and toilet are clean, very friendly staff. I will recommend to my friend.

Family of five and all have got bed bugs. Book at your own risk.

everything was good, the hotel stay was pleasant, will consider to have another stay there soon for our company staff business trip

Location not bad, Room cleanliness average, the toilet door have noise once I tried swing open it . Since the hotel located at the main road, noise from passing by vehicles can't be avoided. The soundproof is also not up to standard, I can hear noises from corridors even the door is locked.

So far the hotel look quite creepy and i have issue with the plug point and tv! Cannot function. Lift not label as per what stated...miserable

Have been here for more than 3 times . the room is quite spacious and clean. The ameneties provided are also complete. excellent customer service. very satisfied.

2nd time stay here, the receptions are good. Cleanliness OK. TV in the room not working. It will be good if the lighting in leisure area of level 4 are BRIGHTER. The current lighting very down
