**Disappointing Stay** I booked two rooms, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The water pressure in the shower was very weak in both rooms. Additionally, neither room had an iron board prepared, which I had to request. Even after that, the iron board I received was almost broken. The kettle was also not provided in the rooms, and I had to ask for it. These are basic amenities listed in the room description, but were not made available upon arrival. Furthermore, there was no phone available to call room service, which added to the inconvenience. Another issue I faced was with the restaurant – it was listed as closing at 9:30 PM, but when I went to buy food at 8:30 PM, the restaurant was already closed. I was really disappointed with the overall experience.

Smooth check in, required no deposit which is great. Spacious room though a little bit outdated. Needs to improve on hot shower pressure. Thats all.

THE HOSPITALITY IS GOOD. THE MATRESS IS NOT COMFORTABLE. THE TOILET IS NOT CLEANING ENOUGH THE MENU PRICE IN CAFE IS REASONABLE PRICE NO FRIDGE IN ROOM

We requested quiet rooms but the room was noisy. The hotel is dated, can do with some repair.

The Facility is old and not well maintained. The washroom heater is not function. The bed sheet is smelly.

Below my expectations. The furniture are old, the shower is not hot enough. However, the room size is bigger and the parking is good

Strategic place, many shops within the radius. However found a bit isolated area, behind the empty building. Judging by the exterior, looks old and not well maintain. No lift, use stairs. Maximum level is 2. Old furniture, cracking sound all night long. Washroom not so clean, the water flows is not smooth. Very very slow pressure.

Very nice hotel for rest.

Aircond not cold. Pool water a bit cloudy-not sure whether they change the water or not. Otherwise, front desk good with delicious food at cafe.

Should change new bed to replace the run-down bed
