Had a fantabulous stay with my family.. The place is beautiful and serene in the middle of the mountains.The food was prepared fresh and staff was warm and courteous. We stayed in deluxe room with balcony n the room was spacious n nice. There is a brook ***** the property and it creates soothing environment.Overall excellent stay.There is also a play area for kids to enjoy..

We came here in peak snow area. We took 2 days to reach here but after that the experience was mind blowing We just didn’t need to go anywhere. Baldev at restaurant was V kind and helpful. Food was excellent. They made almost everything in jain for us. The staff is always welcoming and listening tonight requests with a smile. Mr Akhil n Mary were v helpful to help us reach on time. Our room base category was under maintenance so they upgraded us to superior brook side 17 No n the view was out of a fairy tale. Decided that don’t need to go to Lapland now after this fairy tale. Also planning to celebrate my daughters bday here today and plan to eat the local dessert bhagsug cake. Looking forward. Room was spacious. Bathroom was nice. Heaters were good. Looking forward to come here again to enjoy Solang as it was shut this time. Even in snow their room service was fast n food was hot. It was just perfect.

Everything about the place is awesome - location, views, room, food, service, hospitality. On demand Fire stick, choice of pillows, toiletries just amazing. All women housekeeping crew so efficient. Don’t miss the excellent breakfast spread

Superb Stay.. Beautiful View & with the constant waterfall sound. Well maintained and clean rooms. Well maintained property & facilities. Breakfast is good. Food taste needs a little attention. Staff is excellent & prompt service. Overall a good Experience

Urvashi's Retreat is one of the best properties I ever visited in India. There are many highlights: - Location: Away from typical Manali's crowded areas. It is perfectly located in valley on a quite road. The views are splendid with snow capped mountains on all sides. The area is dotted with apple orchards, including the one inside the property - Hospitality: Each member of the staff deserves a mention here, smiles all around, every helping, and everybody makes sure that you are treated well and pampered. - Food: Too Good! We stayed in Rohtang duplex, which is amazing in every sense - Architecture, Spacious, views! Cherry on cake is the story behind Storii, it is a tread to read it all in reception area or over a chat with Urvashi. Priyanshu & Baldev at resturant makes sure that you have all the attention and any request is well taken care off. Ansh at reception does a splendid job! We will definitely visit again, and again, and again. I am attaching few pictures from this beautiful property! The best place, i have stayed in Manali. You will have fulfilling stay in Urvashi. It really awesome place, with the garden, play areas, bar, pool table, restaurant with awesome view and ofcourse marvellous food. It is worth the Money spent. it is a perfect and complete stay one would want in his or her trip.

My experience of staying in this resort is topnotch. The hospitality it was good and staffs are great. The rooms were huge so well cleaned and managed. The food was very good. There was live snow fall during our stay and resort looked very nice after that

Excellent option to stay in Manali. The place is beautiful with impeccable and warm service. The host is very warm and the personal card was a beautiful gesture which we highly appreciated. The food is delicious too. We had a very good Christmas eve celebration here with one of the nicest guys for the live singing. I will visit again.

Excellent hospitality! Fantastic experience & lifetime memories! Special mention to the owner Ms. Urvashi Singh who made our stay from normal to extraordinary! It's a property where owner is involved fully and I recommend everyone to stay here without any doubt or to seek any other options. We stayed in Chinar Villa which is the paradise & Best villa one can relish & enjoy. Snowfall was icing on the cake & connectivity to enjoy snow from the villa & views was breathtaking!

The more I say the less it would be for this place…!!! We were spoilt rotten by their hospitality, service, their superlative quality in everything right from the check in to house keeping to bending backwards to serve our every wish !!! The continental food is wow & so is their bakery 🎂 we were here for celebrating Christmas in December 2024. Last but not the least the owner of the property is so involved in everything and one can see it every detail that’s taken care of impeccably & this is that one thing makes all the difference in this property !!! Stay date : 22 - 24 December, 2024 Storii Urvashi's Retreat truly surpassed all our expectations! The rooms are spacious, cozy, and incredibly comfortable, with one of the best showers I’ve ever experienced—an absolute treat after a day of exploring. The staff's courteous and attentive service made our stay all the more delightful. A special shoutout to: Jawahar (at the travel desk): Jawahar went above and beyond by organizing a quick and seamless trip to Sissu and Korskar for us at the best possible rate. When we got stuck due to snowfall, his constant check-ins to ensure our safety were deeply reassuring and truly heartwarming. Chef Arjun: He crafted the most delicious jungli chicken and traditional local dishes, making every meal an unforgettable experience. The food was exceptional, the service impeccable, and the overall experience rejuvenating. Highly recommend this retreat for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

this was my 2nd visit ... im in love with this place..every nook and corner seems out of a fairy tale. the detailing of comfort, amenities, decor is what i particularly love. A great staff only adds to the goodness of the stay. it was a lovely experience!

An amazing serene place to stay surrounded by greenery with lots of amenities, good food and friendly staff. Room sizes are bigger than most other hotel and interiors are soothing. Gardens and water bodies in the hotel and snow peaks view from the hotel has a therapeutic effect. Urvashi, the owner, is very caring and was quick to resolve any issues with connectivity, booking, special needs. Thank you Urvashi for your Royal hospitality.

The hotel's claims to be pet friendly are an utter lie. We checked if our dogs could come with us for dinner. They agreed as long as the dogs sat quietly but once we arrived they refused to let our dogs even enter. It is of course the hotel's decision but they should not advertise that they are pet friendly when they treat pets and their owners with such contempt and utter insensitivity. In addition, the bar menu shows a certain kind of high altitude naivete.
