Pathetic, callous!This was a trap by Ajeesh of Shruthi houseboat. We were shown good house boat ride and comfort. And informed, they can club resort stay but the payment has to be done upfront. When we reached the resort, shocks keep descending on us one after the other. I just read reviews from 2019 and I have same complaints of poor infrastructure, no hot water, slimy pool, broken tiles and feel unsafe. Over priced and Pathetic attitude of the reception. No intercom, as that's meant for a mgmt that's concerned about their visitors safety or service. Well in this case none mattered. Breakfast is not available until 9:30am. Gosh wanna ruin your holiday, this place will not let you down. We were the only guests in the entire resort. I guess that says it all.
