It actually surpassed our expectations. It is not something like high end resorts, but it has a heart. Anant is the caretaker who will meticulously check for every detail especially about food. Food is authentic kerala cuisines with authentic spices. The location is beautiful.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting saro.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Good service from staff and very friendly behaviour. Food was also good. All in all a great stay.

the resort (more appropriate to call as a homestay with 4 ac rooms) is located just next to the lake. facilities and breakfast options are very limited, while rooms are neat and clean but not spacious. its a bit overpriced. and breakfast. taken together, i am happy with our stay.

The room facility in saro lake county is average when considering the rent amont. No activities connected with the stay. It is not adequate for a leisure trip. It is good for individuals like writers such as script writes, for others plus point is lake frontage only. Approach path to the resort is narrow. The rent is higher side the coat not sufficient for two persons. Food is nice.
