Zuri Kumarakom is an excellent property – calm, serene, and surrounded by lush greenery. It's the perfect getaway if you're looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. The resort is beautifully maintained and offers a wide range of activities to keep both adults and kids engaged, from pedal boating to cultural performances. The ambience is peaceful and relaxing, with every corner offering scenic beauty – whether it’s the backwaters, the gardens, or the poolside. The resort truly lives up to the idea of luxury amidst nature. A special mention must go to the staff – extremely courteous and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping team in particular deserves appreciation – Akshay, Gopika, and Rashmi went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Their attention to detail and warm attitude made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kerala!

My recent trip to Zuri was fantastic. The hotel was excellent, the facilities to explore were enjoyable, and the views were absolutely beautiful. I also found the food to be wonderful. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Zuri and for sureni will be back! I also highly recommend the Maya Spa and the Boat ride at sunset

Stunning hotel, beautiful views and excellent service. Look out for Noah in the restaurant he is a super star. The food was delicious and the pool is really fun. Really enjoyed the authentic Indian Classical music in the evenings. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Zuri Resort I would say is the best in Kerala. Special shout out to Aju for helping me keep my fast early morning at 5am as it was the month of fasting and special shout out to Nikhil for helping me break my fast between hi-tea and dinner time. Great experience overall.

We stayed at this resort for a night as part of our tour around Kerala. Wow! What a lovely place. Accommodation bungalows are set around the beautiful lake. Staff were very helpful and looked after us very well. A special mention to Arpan in the restaurant who waited on us very attentively during our evening meal. The restaurant manager was very chatty and came over to speak with us during the course of the evening which was nice. The food was very good. Accommodation was fabulous-spacious clean room, large walk-in shower and a separate bath. We had a very comfortable nights sleep here. We spent a couple of hours around the pool area which was clean with towels provided. We would definitely recommend this resort to others.
