Quality Inn Viha

Nowadays, I and my used to go Quality inn restaurant because my son loves it and he feels that it is a best restaurant he ever met. All staff members are good at hospitality. Particularly we appreciate Mr.Prabhakar who was friendly to all. The restaurant is neat and clean.

It was a great pleasure to spend time in Quality Viha to be accompanied by a very fine team of staffs. A bunch of wonderful aesthetic paintings lining the lobby all the way to neatly arranged rooms. The tasty food in the restaurant was very good and served by the smiling staffs . Housekeeping and rooms for drivers is also maintained with great care. In a nutshell, this is a place with artistic vibes and delicious food and a place worth the price…

My wife & I stayed for one night .Despite my request for a quiet room we were given a room which was overlooking the emergency section of a hospital .The noise from ambulance, people waiting at the hospital entrance was a bit too much. We had booked a room for 2 , and the amenities provided both in the room was only for one person .We had to ask for everything by calling the reception .The room service provided sub standard items for dinner and what was amazing was that there was no South Indian items on the menu .The breakfast was better .I will have to look at other alternatives for my next trip The Quality & the service in this hotel have gone down compared to our last visit.

We visited here on november 2013 and stayed for 3 days. First day we had good impression with the looks of the property, as it is a new property one will get fooled by its look. And the stay will be horrible with following list of things 1. Foul smelling water 2. Heavy smokers in so called non smoking rooms(another sign of dishonesty), my toddler faced severe cough out of the irresponsible guys sitting next room smoking like worn out lorry in a non smoking room. After repeated complaints no action taken but we have to cover our nose with hand kerchief to avoid further irritation.(Poor manager) 3. Breakfast has very limited varieties. And the buffet runs short of crucial items at 9 am itself making the guests to shout out of anger. FYI DOSA is chargeable in a buffet, this is new saving policy followed by the management. Overall rooms are good bed is good aircon is good thats all. Needless to say you will be in the hands of irresposible management in a new property. Imagine the hard time you will face even if u are in heaven if there is no one to care its a hell.

Excellent hotel , courteous staff and good food , the rooms are clean and one does feel very homely overall ! We were checked in quickly and settled down soon , the food choice is decent and available all the time The rooms are clean and replinished quickly ! Recommend this place to all travelling to this part of the world Suresh Iyer

Awesome stay with hotel Well maintained .Staff is so polite and friendly.Ambience of Restaurant is top notch.Rooms are very neat . Helped to cover temples by giving better cab contact.Felt positive vibe. Happy to have my family enjoyed our vacation with best stay
