Amazing hospitality, we like the breakfast and especially we like the staff, mr pughal, God bless him with a lot of success and health. My wife is a foreigner and she couldn’t eat spicy, but the taste would adjusted. According to a test we liked it, and we will surely think to stay here again.

Best Hotel for a Relaxing Getaway If you’re looking for a peaceful yet luxurious stay in Thekkady, Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels is the perfect choice! I had an incredible experience at this hotel and was truly impressed by the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was well-stocked with essentials. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus. One of the best parts of my stay was the service provided by the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, was professional and extremely accommodating. Special mention to Chef Sarath, who made sure we enjoyed every meal at the restaurant. The food was simply outstanding! I also loved the rooftop garden, which was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. The hotel’s central location made it easy to visit nearby attractions without hassle. Underground parking was available, adding to the overall convenience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thekkady. Whether you’re traveling for leisure or business, this place guarantees a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

This has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Everything from the friendly staff, to the food, the room, and the view was more than we expected. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting thekkady as I will definitely be returning.ecspecially the staffs are very cooperative, special thanks to front desk reshma, she is very helpful for our entire stay. Thanks to all teams, we will come back next time

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The location was also fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions. The breakfast and dinner buffet was perfect and delicious with all the traditional Keralan delicacies. The room was splendid and immaculate. Last but not the least, a very special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Vineeth, for personally checking in on us and ensuring our comfort. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Keys Prima by Lemontree Hotels to anyone visiting Thekkady, Kerala.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable. Every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Keys Prima to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxed stay. I will definitely be returning!

Stay was very comfortable. The wifi was pretty good as well, the area did not have a good network connection so the hotel gave a very good wifi connection for the area. The food was also very good, it captures the south indian food experience very well and generally very tasty.

A very good and well maintained hotel. Our group received a warm welcome on arrival. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and facilities good. There was a very good spread on offer, at dinner and breakfast. I would recommend their freshly made appam. As a special treat, we were served sadya, a traditional vegetarian meal, on banana leaf. The icing on the cake was the ada ‘rice flakes’ payasam. Before we tucked into our meal, we were given an explanation on the different items and the order in which to eat them, by Anup. A special thanks to Richin Mathew, Aju, Karthik, Pugal, Sajimon and Akil, who served us. If you ever plan to visit Thekaddy, I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel keys is a very very good hotel to stay and dine. Excellent hygienically kept rooms.very good staff, very good staff. And the breakfast spread is tasty and contains many items. Before checkout we enjoyed traditional kerala food was awesome. Wish to come again
