The hotel room near Kundasang was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The condition of the room was great, offering cozy furnishings and a relaxing atmosphere. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, especially the dinner options, which were delicious and well-prepared. However, the cleanliness of the room left room for improvement, as there were quite a few bugs that disrupted the overall experience. Another issue arose during my shower when the hot water suddenly stopped. Thankfully, it happened just as I was nearly done, so it didn’t cause too much inconvenience.

Nice cozy hotel located 20 mins away from kundasang town. Next to Kinabalu golf course. Friendly staff and great environment.

Quiet, cozy, nice view. If you don't appreciate the peace and nature, look somewhere else.

Got the new room and the view was the best! Direct to mountain! The food also nice. Just dont have chairs to sit inside the room.

Good place and environment for a relaxing family vacation.

1- The water heater inside the room is not hot. 2- The choices for breakfast not so much. These feedback as mentioned, I hope will have improvement during my next visit. The rest I am still satisfied with. Thank you.

Good place to stay

all in average feeling n experience but i like this hotel

Room was ok, location is good. Staffs are very helpful. The room has no aircond or fan, its quite hot in the late morning. Too close to the main road, you can hear vehicles passing by. Cannot see the mountain from the room balcony but you have to go out to the parking area to view the wonderful mountain. Breakfast choices were limited, no buffet, we love the char kue tiaw yumsss! Dont forget to drop by at Chill@1850 cafe, the road entrance is just apposite the hotel.

Overall satisfied but improvements can be made eg slippers at d verandah, coffetable at verandah, change d stool to a chair, make repairs to door latch. Toiletries to be improved for d price of d hotel which is quite expensive

Hotel sangat cantik view kinabalu. Insyaallah boleh repeat lagi. Paling senang sebab hotel dah di atas bukit so senang nakg jalan2 xpayah hadap jem
