Worth to stay here as we can see Mount Kinabalu from the resort, however the road were a bit scary. Would suggest to request upper room as I stayed in lower room, i can hear the person above me walking and running 🥲

Fantastic view of Mount Kinabalu... Its on the right if ur facing towards the hotel ya...not towards the front of the car park..
Steep decent and ascend from main road to hotel and fro..
Vehicles need power and a good clutch ya..Emmm we got a squeaky bed and quite smelly bathroom..a bit tricky to set the hot shower but manageable lah...

Dirty toilet and old facility. We requested for free upgraded but hotel not allowed. We top up money to bungalow, for better view. Old building and dirty too.

Overall the room is clean, complete with basic kitchen amenities. The room has a spacious balcony which we enjoyed the sunrise view. We can see the Mount KK from main entrance and the back of the resort. Their staff are friendly and helpful. However, the only challenge is to control the water heater temperature 😆.

Nice place to stay but the road is very challenged. Management please put iron and hair dryer at the room. But overall okay.

Quiet and peaceful place. Overall is satisfactory however no drinking water provided.
For me the best part of the room is the spacious balcony where you can sip tea, enjoy the fresh air and greenery view.

Every room has balcony 😊
Don’t:
No electricity upon arrival
Bed linen were filled with dust, small small dead bugs.
Quite old, can hear from downstairs footsteps, shower, television voice, people talking.
Common:
The road to Nikgold quite challenging ( as common as other areas in Kundasang, so it wasnt a big deal)
No phone line, they do provide WiFi which is excellent
Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Thank you for the hospitality
Recommend for big family.

View was nice. Comfy bed.
A few issues:
The toilet was a bit dirty & stained.
The room’s entrance sliding door lock was damaged, thus can’t lock.

這次的目的地主要是來神山玩，在攜程篩選了幾家神山附近的酒店後選擇的這一家，主要是參考了地理位置，酒店價格和評價。我是一個人自駕從亞庇機場到酒店，路程是2個小時，酒店在一個山谷裏，會經過崎嶇小路，兩側很多茂密的熱帶植物，到了酒店後有一種豁然開朗的感覺，視角也非常的棒，可以看到層層疊疊的羣山和非常低的雲層，尤其日出的時候很治癒，工作人員的態度很友善，因為地處山中房間裏有小昆蟲，我叫服務員幫我清理了出去，她們都很有耐心。酒店的風景是沒得説的，可以看山也可以看下面的小木屋，就算什麼都不做發發呆吹吹風也很值得了，距離神山開車5分鐘，周邊還有風景宜人的奶牛公園神山牧場，都是非常美麗的。酒店院裏的貓貓狗狗大多時慵懶的曬着太陽睡着大覺。雖然酒店的房間設施是比較基本的，也沒有早餐，但還是覺得整體的體驗感是不錯的，主打一個寧靜舒適的氛圍。期待以後有時間再來入住，也推薦給大家。

酒店位置絕佳，性價比極高！我們包車的當地人都説好！可眺望神山，清晨傍晚尤美，小木屋與自然風光相得益彰！床鋪整潔，房間皆有大陽台。店家養有貓狗，它們性情温和友善，外出爬山時狗狗還會護送。老闆是華人後裔，中文流利，心地善良，見我們拖家帶口、沒車不便，便幫我們買麪包，還分享晚餐，執意不收錢，衹説我們是遠方來客。
入住注意事項如下：
動物：神山當地貓狗多散養，外出較自由，難以分辨流浪與否。雖多數友善，但遇貓狗最好保持安靜、禮貌及安全距離。
餐飲：酒店出售方便麪與零食，大露台有餐桌且可借用碗筷，但無餐飲服務。
交通：神山自由行有車更便利，但山中開車對車技、車況及動力有要求。我們包車兩天，含接送與遊玩，期間一天未包車，在酒店休息。
設施：對酒店軟硬件別期望過高，比如我們房間窗簾似被之前客人損壞，尚未更換或去污。 來山裡主要是體驗自然風光。

這是一間很有意思的客棧。
設施：唯一的缺點，衞生間可以好好重新裝修一下
衞生：很不錯了
環境：非常棒，在陽台上坐着看看神山，感覺非常不錯！
服務：挺好的。廚房有一衹很可愛的貓咪。
